Gaviotas is a lovely building located at 20th Avenue and 20th Street in Playa del Carmen. This lovely newly renovated home offers 2 bright spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master suite has a King Size bed and the second bedroom offers two twin size beds. The home is complete with Television, Cable, DVD, Internet, air conditioning in all rooms and a comfortable living room space. The penthouse overlooks the community pool with a green garden surrounding. The private large rooftop terrace with jacuzzi plunge pool has two lounge chairs, seating area and lovely lush colorful bouganvilla flowers.

We absolutely loved #304,lots of room for 5 girls for
10 days.Three of us stayed another week.Bric was great
making sure that we always had the water jug,etc.Three
decks made it even more spacious to be outside,especially
the top with the tub...In January the pool was a little cool,but refreshing with the 30 temp degree.We were very
close to all the shopping,beach etc.Yet only 2-3 blocks
away from it.Lots of fabulous restraunts.We visited
Cacun,Isla Majeres,Cozumel,Tulum,Akumel & it's Lagoon.

My husband, two adult children and I spent 10 days at Gaviotas 304 and had a very enjoyable experience. The accommodation was exactly as described on the website. The rooftop patio was very nice and our children enjoyed the hot tub. The service we received was excellent. There was a problem with the a/C and it was fixed the same day that we reported it. We were given a cell phone to contact management and they responded right away to any requests. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the shopping area and all of the restaurants. The beach was also a short walk away. The Mega grocery store was close by and very convenient. The only complaint I would have, was that there should have been more loungers around the pool.

Had an amazing time, the condo was perfect, the bed and shower were just what I needed after a long day of excursions and long nights of partying!! I'll definitely come back!

The condo was exactly as it appeared in the pictures. The pool was great and it was a very quiet complex as promised! The location and everything else was described to perfection without exaggeration.
We had daily cleaning service and any questions/concerns were handled quickly by a very friendly staff.
On the day of our departure we all have late flights and when we turned the keys in for the condo the manager offered us a room for the day in their hotel at no charge for use.
Great experience overall. The entire staff was eager to please and well informed about everything!
I have no reservations recommending Bric!

Dos 306 is a well appointed, well furnished and well equipped. The large roof top private patio was a great Bar-B-Q and eating location but suffers by being so far removed from the kitchen. The community pool is small and lacks the usual deck-chairs and facilities. The complex is in close proximity to excellent super marts and other shops and is sufficiently away from the upper end tourist traps to be within walking distance from quality, clean and economic restaurants (some need Spanish language). The complex can be noisy at times particularly at weekends but overall a great experience. BRIC managed our vacation stay efficiently and the support and response time was excellent thanks to manager Stephanie. Our appointed cleaning lady Rosie, was honest, clean and very effective. BRIC will manage our stay in Playa next year.
