Every time we visit Playa del Carmen & stay at Hacienda San Jose we regret the day we have to leave.

It was more than expected.We were looking for privacy and relax and were able to find it there.The welcome was friendly and the services were accurate.The distance to the beach was perfect:near Mamita`s beach!We have no complaints at all and we`d like to thank the people who collaborated with our holidays there!!

Phone that was supplied to us did't work. Water heater had to be relit numerous times. Strong odor of roach spray, small pool and somewhat noisy.
Very confined common area with lots of people. -

I have rented from Bric rental before (Magic Paradise A2) and loved it. Unfortunately, this time, we weren't very happy. When we entered the home it smelled overwhelmingly musty/moldy. I wanted to say something but, my husband felt I was being too picky. I wish I had said something because I found out after we left that another couple had walked in and refused to stay there and were quickly moved to a new property. If not for the smell it would have been a great stay the property is beautiful and very well taken care of . When we arrived home I had to have all of our clothes dry cleaned to remove the smell of mold from them. Needless to say, I would rent from Bric again but, would do a little more investigating of the property prior to arrival.
