Great apartment everything you need bric rentals are awesome it was me my girlfriend and a friend no complains never fell unsafe security on the door 24 hours everything you need to have a great vacation the cleaning lady and everyone was helpful and willing to help you in all are needs I recommend this apartment to any one we went there to party and never had problems walking late night to the apartment the streets are safe I live in Miami and I really feel more safe there than in Miami thanks again bric rentals for everything see you soon the security guys are awesome .

Great location close to 5th and the beach.
Bric was great with many extra details that went a long way.

I wasn't sure what to expect, from the town or the place, but I will surely be going back! I loved the location- right off of 5th and right by the beach- very convenient to some of the newer quality restaurants in town- Very comfortable safe friendly building- fully appointed apartment- Loved it!.

My adult children and i spend 4 weeks in Playa. For me this has been the 4th time in the Meridian appt. that i rent throu the Bric. Like all the other times before, the service was nr.1 and by now i feel like i come home to family when i go to stay at the appt. Everything is spotless clean inside and around the Building, the roof top pool is great and of course the beach is just steps away. Nice this time too where the beach chairs supplied with the appt. If you have a problem of whatever kind ( we had a small medical one ) Abril at the Bric Office, she has the sweetest smile you ever seen , got me a Doctor right away, he came to the appt within 15 minutes.So dont ever worry , you will be well taken care off.The appt. itself is well equiped with all you need, to stay for whatever lenght of time. The washer & Dryer come in very handy. Lots of good Restaurant's around if you dont feel like cooking. The 5th starts right up the street . I will be back next year, right in the same appt.

Our stay was for 3 months and was very relaxing. Everything was in good working order and Renee took his time explaining everything on arrival. The few problems we had (tv and plumbing) - were taken care of in a timely matter. The cleaning staff and security personnel were very friendly and easy to work with. Wilbur was especially friendly - always greeting us with a smile. The grounds and pool area were very pleasant and kept up. The location is a bit out of the way, but found the walk not bad at all. We liked how quiet it was. Overall it was everything we could want.

The home was generally in very nice condition - the kitchen was well
equipped and the master bedroom very comfortable and stylish. The
furniture was comfortable and all the amenities were fine. The location was
a block from the beach - an easy walk from a nice quiet beach in the
northern part of Playa but the general area around the complex was quite a
mix of new housing and small, older and much poorer homes - the couple
of streets in front of our unit were still unpaved.
Our main problem, however, was with the odor. The home had been closed
up and even after the a/c had been on for over a day, the smell in the living
room/kitchen area as well as the powder room was a bit unpleasant. The
bedrooms had a/c units equipped with a dehumidifier function so those
rooms were better but the unit in the living room was only a/c and
apparently wasn't able to dry out the air sufficiently.
The other concern we had was that Unit 208 was not the place we had
reserved - we had originally booked 204 but were switched to 208 after 204
was rented for a longer period of time - and we weren't informed of the
change. When we questioned it, we were told we were mistaken that we had
rented 208 from the beginning. Our dealings with BRIC were OK but we had
more contact with Kaxaan (the internet site we rented from) and I really
have only good things to say about them - Sophie, the owner, always
responded quickly to our emails (even when she was out of the office) and
was very helpful in resolving some final issues. We would definitely

The summers here in the Caribbean can be tough on our properties. The extreme heat and sometimes unbearable humidity takes it toll occasionally and is tough to keep up with. But, without your feedback, the next guest might have had the same complaints, so we appreciate your feedback; and although the home was not in perfect condition for your stay, we will make sure that this problem does not occur again.
Sophie and her staff at Kaxaan are great and we are very happy to have them on the BRIC Vacation Rental team. We agree with you as well and have nothing but great things to say about them.

this condo is the one i like to come back to time and time again.thank you to the owners...the have done a great job making the place look fantastic ...the location is great (ocean and 5th only steps away ) all the staff at the BRIC are helpful and so are the people at the condo complex . the whole place is very clean..inside and out..very secure...and the roof pool is fun. i will be goin back again soon .
the only tiny thing i found missing where beach chairs to bring along to the beach and that is a minor thing in the big picture.
