This large three bedroom private house is located in the gated community of Playacar Phase 2. It’s about a 25 minute walk to 5th Avenue with all the shops, restaurants and nightlife and a 20 minute walk to the beach.

It’s furnished in a classic style and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and access to a bathroom with bath tub. The second bedroom has a full size bed and access to a bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds.

The house has three balconies and a large terrace where you can relax in the afternoons. The dining room area has seating for s...ix people and the living room area features a satellite flat screen TV with DVD player. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary appliances such as refrigerator, stove with oven, utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster and drinkable water.

As a guest you also have access to the beautifully landscaped courtyard including a large common pool with a sectioned off kid’s pool. In addition, you can use the lounge chairs and have your afternoon snack under the thatched roof in the common area.
