We have Christmas and New Years weeks available, still please contact us for rates. This 4 bedroom 4 bath home is perfect for groups up to 10 who seek a large ocean front terrace with pool for relaxing and entertaining. The modern style home is a five minute walk to Playa's famous 5th Avenue but quietly located in the private residential area known as Playacar Phase 1.

Everything about the house was great. It was our second year renting a house on the beach near playa. Nothing better than being able to walk to town for everything you need.
House was well equipped and met all our needs. We were able to get a hold of the Mgmt company on the first try everytime we called. All our calls were to ask various questions or to request services. The only time that we had an issue is the water pump in the house went out, causing us to not have running water. From the time I called 6:30am on a Sunday, till the time was fixed.. 2 hours.. That's it.
Pool and location were great, we spent most of our days lounging by the pool. The only downsides for our trip. People like to sit on the beach about 40 yards from our house near small palms, and there was construction going on next door.
There is nothing more to say that describes our trip better than.. "We will be back" -

This was our second vacation at the Villa El Dorado and we look forward to our next stay. This house is in a great location just south of town but close enough to walk to restaurants, shopping and the pier. The beach is beautiful and with plenty of activity and sight seeing. Loved our daily walks along the ocean. The house is well maintained and the perfect setup for a family or 3-4 couples. Kim and her staff do an excellent job making sure our stay is enjoyable and stress-free. We especially enjoyed the private pickup van upon arrival at Cancun airport and the daily maid service. Muy Bien!

This was our second stay at Villa El Dorado! The best part other than location is the view of the Caribbean, the soft sandy beach and perfect view of Kite Surfers!
The house is perfect for 8 adults, and we even had 10 one night. The cooks that were recommended made us an enjoyable Mexican Fiesta that we were able to eat off of for several days! So much fun!!

I reserved the property online through tripadvisor based on the many excellent reviews. Kim was most helpful accomodating the dates we were looking for. The home was so comfortable and well appointed. Everyone had a bathroom of their own. The air conditioning was ice cold and easily controlled. Plenty of common area space to hang out in and play games. The patio and view of the beach were spectacular. It was so relaxing to sit on the patio listening to music and watching the goings on at the beach. The location was perfect in that we could walk down the beach and be in the midst of all of the shopping and dining. We rented a car and used it to go to the market daily for fresh pastry and fruit. Everything was so close. We could go to all of the parks like Xplor, Xcaret, Xelha and Tulum with just a short drive of 5-10 minutes. I loved this house and its fabulous location. Never once felt unsafe even with small children. If you want to experience a beautiful beach, fabulous location, and a modern comfortable home I cannot recommend this place any more emphatically. You will love it!

Our stay at Villa el Dorado was wonderful. The home was clean, beautiful, and conveniently close to town. There were 4 couples in our group and we all felt the house was a perfect combination of privacy if you wanted it with four large bedrooms with your own private bath, and great for friends/families to socialize in the large dining/kitchen, living areas. We had a nice size private pool with plenty of shaded patio areas to take a break from that hot sun!! Kim and her staff are great to work with and accommodating to all our requests. We would highly recommend this home and working with Playa Beach Properties.

My wife and I and our daughter and her family stayed at Casa el Dorado this Spring. The location is great, the house is well equipped, and the staff was prompt in rectifying a couple of glitches. We had a great experience.

Villa Eldorado lived up it's name as the "Closet Beachfront House to Town". We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay with our friends and family! What a view as we sat outside in our private pool area. There was plenty of room for lounging and taking in the activities along the beach. The house was well stocked and convenient to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants in town.I loved the open concept layout of Villa Eldorado.The kitchen/dining & living area was all together and we had plenty of privacy in our bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Mayte and Kim were great to work with and had the house stocked with groceries and arranged for a cook the first night.Having maid service and clean towels everyday was a plus. Thank you ladies for making my 50th Birthday vacation a great success. And the massage therapist was awesome! We can't wait to come back next year!

I spent many hours researching just the perfect property... on the beach... close to town... with privacy... etc. This home fit the bill on all accounts. We found Villa El Dorado to be a perfect place for our family vacation. It is lovely and very comfortable and in a great location. The beach had been refurbished and was magnificent! The ocean views (and sounds) were so beautiful and peaceful. It was great to be so close to town. We walked in several times during our stay. Our last night we had a cook come in for our dinner and it was delightful. We just wished we had done it more. We spent many afternoons on the veranda enjoying the views and sunsets. Our family would highly recommend Villa El Dorado. -
