  The property is very nice, but not luxurious tough. Service is good although we didn´t use many services. A pool service (as a informal restaurant or sanaks and drinks) would be appreciated.
  The apartment is good, equipped and functional.
  The music for the beach club next to the property is too loud and it can be heard all day long.

  Wonderful month in Playa

  We had a wonderful month in the Elements complex, unit #107. The Elements is one of the most beautifully situated and maintained resorts in Playa. The private beach is a huge asset! The palapas are wonderful, although there is some competition since there are only a few of them. The pool is the largest I have seen in Playa and is cleaned every morning and has wonderful poolside furniture. Management is terrific, Damien speaks a variety of languages and is very attentive to residents. Used the weight room and the computers everyday - huge bonus! The unit itself is well equipped and comfortable. The beds and linens are plentiful and good quality. The unit itself is very close to the front desk, so you do see and hear the activity there at night, but it is not that intrusive. Entrance to the building is not off of the pool area, you have to go outside the complex, but it is convenient for bringing in groceries and supplies since the elevator is right by the door. Did have a few sleepless nights due to parties which went on all night. Night desk asked them to be quiet, but were disregarded. That was annoying, but could happen in any complex when people are on holiday. Sofa in living room was worn out but then we didn't have to worry about staining it with wet bathing suits! The one thing which would make this unit more family friendly is a BBQ, other than that we had a great time in a beautiful resort.
  This is our 5th winter break in Playa and the 3rd at The Elements - tough to beat!

  Excellent property manager. Good location and accomodations except very little food cabinet storage in the kitchen.
  
  Also, bathroom doors open in the wrong direction and interfere with someone standing at sink.
  
  Service staff did a fine job.
