This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4.5 Bath home is located next door to the Reef Club in Playacar, with direct beach access at the end of the street. The entire house has white marble flooring, including the 900 sq ft roof top with a small plunge pool and glimpse of the ocean and Cozumel. All modern amenities including, satellite televisions in living room and all bedrooms, wireless internet and a kitchen with everything!
Twenty five steps directly behind the villa is a common area with a beautiful pool, palapa, and tennis court, which are available to you and only several other houses.

Tired of the cold and snow? Head to Playa del Carmen and stay at Casa Susana. We recently spent a lovely week there with friends. Casa Susana is a clean, tastefully decorated home. The main floor has a spacious open floor plan with comfortable furnishings - large living room, dining room, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Just off the living room is a patio where you can gather and relax with friends and family. The pool is just steps away. The house has 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor; both have ample closet space and large bathrooms. The master is on the 3rd floor again with a large closet area, dressing room, and large bathroom. On the lower level there is a laundry room (less packing) and another bedroom with its own small bath. The beach is just a short walk away and guests of Casa Susana have the use of the Reef's pool and beach facilities.The management company can answer all your questions about water, shopping and transportation. You can make arrangements for excursions to Mayan ruins and zip lining right at the Reef. Evenings hop a cab and head into Playa del Carmen for the nightlife - great restaurants and shopping. Go! Overall it was a fantastic experience! We had five people staying for the vacation, ranging from ages 19-fifties. We were able to all have our own bedrooms since there is a master, two regular bedrooms, and another room in the basement. When we arrived, everything was very clean! Thanks to the management company, we were able to arrange to have food and drinks available when we checked in, and check in was extremely quick and easy! The walk to the beach is a very easy and less than 5 minute walk. The beach you're able to access wasn't crowded, dirty, or small, it was quite nice! Having the rooftop soaking pool and patio was also very convenient! The beds were all very comfortable, and everyone had their own bathroom. Everything about the house exceeded our expectations extremely! Thank you so much Richard and Sue!

We just returned from a 10-day stay at Casa Susana in Playacar. It ranks up there as one of our favorite vacation sites. The house is incredible. It's comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything we needed. The dining and living area were spacious and very comfortable. The bedrooms were quite large with plenty of closet space. All of the bathrooms were large and clean. I absolutely loved the balconies off the all the bedrooms. It was so peaceful to have that first cup of coffee out there in the morning.
We spent a lot of time eating and relaxing on the patio. The pool was steps away and well-maintained. We also took advantage of the beach at the Reef (across the street). This location is ideal for walking or a short taxi ride to everything. We had a fabulous time and will definitely go back. -

Did we ever find peace and solitude for an absolute wonderful vacation in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico ! This property has everything and more than what is discribed. Just a few minute walk ( if you choose ) to 5th ave. Or Taxi service runs by constantly for your convienence. The photos do not describe the absolute beauty of this villa by any means ! Everything and by that I mean everything from the bedsheets to the wonderful jacuzzi in the Master bath to the strong water flow from the showers, this is the place to relax in comfort. The appliances are state of the art, the rooftop pool with a beautiful view is fantastic for get togethers or just to "chill" by yourself ! The maid service was excellent and very polite and did a wonderful job.
We discussed this villa with the owners several times before we came down and found that they were extremely helpful with all our questions and very truthful with what to expect ! The property was maintained at such a high level ( i couldn't have done a better job myself ) that it made us feel like we were kings & queens in Playadise ! Our favorites were the kitchen ( for my wife ) and the huge grill and rooftop pool ( for myself ) . The properties next to us were not rented at the time we were there so, it made our stay like we were on our own island ! This was our 14th trip to Playa Del Carmen and the 1st staying in a villla, all i can say is : We will never stay in a hotel again in Playa ! When you contact the owners to answer your questions you will get nothing but professional responses in a very short time and most importantly ... Honest answers ! We will be back again and again as this is such a great location that it can't be beat ! We would reccomend the Casa Susana to anyone who wishes a care free wonderful relaxing vacation close to all the shopping and restarants to fill your every need ! Thank you Rich & Sue !

What a great rental in a beautiful neighborhood. The management company was great and the home is wonderful. This home is within a short walking distance of the beach with a private access that is easy to get to. The beach is great as well as the pool and other amenities. It is located in a quiet neighborhood within a short walking distance or cab ride of anythng that you would need. Cabs are easy to find. The house and decks are fabulous. We had a wonderful time in Playa at this rental.

We just spent seven days over Christmas in this wonderful and beautiful home! It is within walking distance to 5th ave. and a quick walk via a community path to the beach. It is conveniently located next door to the Reef Hotel which comes in handy should you want to take advantage of using their beaches and pools for a day (wristbands included in rental), catch a taxi, or get any other local information! The home has everything you need and then some for an extended stay and both the management company and owners were more than accommodating in answering questions and meeting our needs. The home is exactly as described and I would highly recommend it to anyone! There is a pool and tennis court out the back door and a beautiful soak pool on the roof for a perfect ending to every day! The gourmet kitchen makes cooking a breeze! Take a taxi to Chedraui grocery store for all of your food and beverage needs for the week and you will be set! I just returned from a week at this rental property with my extended family (9 of us in all with 5 adults, 1 teen, and 3 under 10). The house was perfect for us! It was everything as described and fulfilled all our expectations. The rooms and room spacing worked well for us. The roof was the crowning glory and favorite spot for all. We ended all our days on it looking at the moon and the lights of Cozumel in the distance over the ocean! It was nice to be able to "swim" whenever we wanted without having to walk anywhere. The location of being across the street from the Reef was also perfect in terms of making for close and easy access to the beach/pools!
The Management company was easy and pleasant to work with. They immediately responded when we needed a plumber one day for a toilet and shower problem and was fixed right away. They arranged for grocery shopping to be done for us before we arrived, from a list of items we gave them.
The only problem we had was actually with the Reef when we paid for one day of all-inclusive ($50 12 and over/$25 kids) only to be told when we arrived for dinner at 6:30pm that the pass ended at 6pm! ! They had never told us and would not relax the time even though it was there mistake. So we were only able to get breakfast and lunch for that amount. This in no way affected our daily passes and access to the beach and pools or our pleassure with the house and staying there!
All in all in was wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone!! -

Casa Susana in Playacar was an awesome place to stay and enjoy Playa del Carmen. The house was very well appointed and had all the finishing touches you'd expect in a luxury rental. The location couldn't have been nicer. We were so close to everything and if you enjoy walking, you'll love this spot and never need a car to go up to town or to go to the beaches. Great beaches, restaurants and delightful entertainment were only a walk away. Plus on the rather plush property, there are gorgeous pools with a full sized tennis court. On the top level of the house, there is also a small cooling pool which is very relaxing after a day of shopping or enjoying the beach.
Overall, a most memorable vacation at Casa Susana in Playacar. -

We rented Casa Susana from the owner in January of this year. We spent 7 glorious days at this well appointed and well located home.
The modern vacation home gave us space and luxury for our stay. The kitchen is state of the art with its stainless steal appliances and modern design. The living area is both spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated to give it a real felling of home! One bedroom is on the lower level with its own private bath and laundry area.
The second floor has 2 great bedrooms, each with its own bath and dressing area. They both open out to a balcony for relaxing.The master bedroom on the 3rd floor has both front and back balcony and a spiral staircase that lands on a magnificent roof top sun deck that includes both a Jacuzzi and a breathtaking view of Cozumel.
As far as convenience, this property is steps from the beach. It included a pass to the Reef Club next door and use of all their facilities. Downtown is a short distance away and boasts some of the best dinning I have had on a vacation. The strolls down the 5th avenue area are enough to keep anyone busy. From shopping to dinning and even a beach front massage. Truly this goes down as one of my favorite spots and rentals.
