As for the old buttons on the jacuzzi, our maintenance staff has been notified and we are working now to resolve the issue. Thank you for bringing it to our attention and we apologize it was not up to the standard it should have been during your stay. Most of the jacuzzis in Playa are cool water jacuzzis which works well in this climate. But we understand the cool water is probably not so inviting in the evenings during a cold front! Although we are happy to report that the seaweed problem in this part of the Caribbean has come to and end, unfortunately, there are days when we cannot see our toes in the water like we normally can. For whatever reason, the clarity of the water is unpredictable from one day to the next. It happens often and is difficult to explain how it can be perfectly clear in one area and murky at the next beach club a couple of hundred meters down the coastline. We hope you will decide to come and stay with us again in the future! It is our goal to make all aspects of your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible.
