A group of us stayed there for 5 days & 4 nights and we had LB 401 & LB 402. Everyone felt comfortable and the place is kept well. We were a block away from Mamitas Beach and a block or 2 from 5th ave. If we get another chance to go down there, we will definitely book with them again!

My husband, girlfriend and I just got back from Playa del Carmen where we stayed at this La Brisa condo for the second year. The moment you walk through the door you're greeted by a magnificent 2-story view of the ocean and surrounding beauty. The condo is very large boasting 2 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathroom in addition to a massive 2nd story loft. Granite, marble and floor to ceiling glass doors make this unit light and modern and a great retreat after a day at the beach or strolling the many shops and restaurants on 5th avenue. The staff at the Bric are always available to help and for all these reasons we highly recommend this accomodation.

This is a great location, great view, beautiful space. Rooftop pool is exceptional. Kitchen is good, however electric stove is not really for cooking. Lots of restaurants nearby though.
Is really a 2 bedroom with a loft. There are two beds in one room and one in "master" bedroom. Beds are very small, but comfortable. Loft area is 3rd "bedroom".
This is a condo unit and there was an annoying incident where one of the neighbors claimed that there were too many people on the roof. Other than that the whole stay was really perfect. Would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay in Playa Del Carmen. -

Rented this apartment last time we were in Playa. Loved everything about it: the location first and foremost, the great decor, the view, and the wonderful service provided by Bric vaca rentals. Dealt with Stephanie and her husband who couldn't be more pleasant. Will be back many many times over! Thank you for making our vacation memorable!
