We invite you to be our guests at our beautiful spacious 4 bedroom home with 6 baths located 50' from the beach.
Playacar Phase 1 is a beautiful gated community designed for your safety, comfort and enjoyment.
Our home is fairly new and offers all the benefits of home. On site services include a complete kitchen, laundry facilities, free wifi, free vonage to call home, cable tv from both Mexico and canada or the US. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms plus the common areas allows you to control the temperature while you are sleeping or sitting around.

The location of our home could not be better in our opinion. Playacar is a very quiet gated community located just minutes from the bustling and exciting world famous 5th Avenue. You have the option of lazing around the beach or shopping in some of the best shops the world has to offer, the choice is yours.
Located within a ten minute drive is a world class golf course, outdoor parks Xcaret & Xplor, Sams Club & Walmart for groceries, some great dive shops, restaurants, hospitals and more. We are also a great starting point for trips to Tulum, Cozumel, Chichaniza, Cancun and more.
