Casa Irlanda is a comfortable one-level colonial style home with a private pool and a great access to the beach. It is located in the private Playacar Phase I residential community, just a short walk to the ferry to Cozumel and downtown Playa del Carmen and is only about 20 yards away from the ocean. Just across the road, you will encounter the beautiful Caribbean Sea for which Playa del Carmen is well known. You will find the private pool next to the lovely, partly covered patio which is furnished and has a big BBQ grill. A staircase leads up to the roof top terrace, for an even more extensive ocean view.

Casa Irlanda was a great place for a large family to visit and connect, with four bedrooms complete with four bathrooms, everyone had privacy. The rooftop terrace was interesting, pool refreshing, outdoor kitchen amazing, and housekeeping second to none. We would go back. My only suggestion would be to stop enroute from aP to buy groceries and/or have management buy them for you at additional cost. It would probably be worth it not to waste your leisure time grocery shopping.
