I make several trips a year to Playa Del Carmen and always return to this rental property. I believe it's better to awaken to birds singing and the natural sounds of the jungle than it is to car horns beeping and the sounds of a city awakening (I can get that anywhere in the us). This property has two major advantages: 1) The property concierge Teresa is fluent in both English and in Spanish. This helps me to explain what I need and to learn some Spanish along the way. She even understands american slang so be careful what you say around her. Teresa also possesses a vast knowldge of the Riviera Maya from Cancun to Belize so she can help guide you to whatever entertainment you desire. 2) This location is only ten minutes from the dowtown area and all the shopping you would want to do. I only hope that by writnig this review and giving this property my highest rating I will still be able to rent it whenever I wish.
