Treat yourself to an unforgettable stay in Casa Andalucia, a luxurious huge villa, with over 6000 sq.ft. of interior space as well as covered patios taking the total space to over 9000 spectacular sq ft!!!). This home is located in a private gated community with 24 hour security. This home has the largest private pool in the community and the pool also has a child friendly section only a foot deep for the toddlers. Lush tropical gardens surround the home and it is an easy 2 minute walk to the beach directly from the back door. Ocean views are available from most of the rooms upstairs. This private community with beautiful villas offers client...s a secluded beach that is never crowded - our common treasure!

Playa Paraiso as an extension of Maroma Beach which is one of the most beautiful in the world, as per Discovery and Travel Channels. It has a long stretch of white sand with excellent access to the blue Caribbean. It invites you for many long walks any time of the day just to clear your mind and absorb the beauty of nature.

The house has 5 large bedrooms and a large library that converts to a 6th bedroom complete with queen bed and foutons.

The 5th bedroom has a double bed.

Additional sleeping is available in the library also 2 futons. The 2 bedrooms with king beds have private bathrooms. The bedroom number 3 and 5 share a Jack and Jill style bathroom. Most bedrooms have private balconies with ocean views. All bedrooms have their own A/C unit with digital remote control and ceiling fans.

The downstairs is very open. The kitchen is finished with granite counter-tops, 2 large refrigerators and bosch appliances. It is fully equiped for all your cooking and dining needs. The dining area has a table for 8, the kitchen nook has 3 bar stools. The best seating is on the patio with an additional 2 tables and seating for 10 plus people. The covered terrace opens to a large pool area and separates the kitchen from a main living room. This living room offers a large seating area with sofas and TV. A game room just next to it has a pool table and large rattan chairs to curl up in with a good book. The pool side patio invites all to enjoy the sun and pool or relax in the shade enjoying the gentle cool breeze from the ocean.

The large L- shaped swimming pool is just a step from the kitchen, 14 m. (42 ft) long and excellent for swimming laps. The pool also has a shallow area for the children. The home is set in a professionally designed tropical garden with many palms, exotic trees and flowering plants. It is very private and romantic.

Roof top terrace offers a nice observation deck with stunning views of the area, ocean and night lights of Cozumel. It is a perfect location for early evening cocktail!

Situated between 2 resorts, Mayan Palace and Iberostar. You have the use of their amenities, especially pools and 5-star restaurants. ( Fees may apply )

Community tennis court- free, ocean and beach activities, PGA golf courses almost walking distance- Nick Price's Grand Coral, Mayan Palace (J. Nicklaus), Iberostar (P.B.Dye) and Mayakoba (G. Norman). Mayan pyramids and ruins in Chitzen Itza - (added to the Seven Wonders in the World recently), Tulum, Coba, Ek Balam. Towns of Cancun, Playa Del Carmen – booming traveling and real estate market, Puerto Morelos – fishing village, Valladolid- charming colonial town and many more. Paradise Beach (Playa Paraiso) is a PRIVATE Gated Community located 25 minutes south of Cancun International Airport and 17 Minutes North of Playa Del Carmen. We are located between the Mayan Palace Resort and the Iberostar Playa Paraiso Resort. A nearly private beach is only 150 meters from the house and it is a great swimming, snorkelling and walking beach. All homes have private pools.

  We traveled with our daughter, son-in-law, two infant grandchildren and another couple. The villa was beautiful and clean, everything we had hoped for and more. We all had large bedrooms with en-suites and the spacious kitchen was great for preparing meals. The large covered patio next to the pool is an exceptional space of this villa allowing us to spend as much time outside as we wished, when not at the beach. The beach is beautiful and private, and a very short walk (5 min) from the villa. The pool has a 1 foot deep section perfect for small children. Golf was available next door at the Mayan palace. The hosts (Jack and Kelly) were extremely friendly, informative, and accommodating. They even arranged for a private masseuse to come to the villa which was a hit for the ladies. I would highly recommend this villa for a group / families, you will not be disappointed !!!

  Amazing house. Extremely luxurious and comfortable. Lots of space. Great hosts. Perfect place to stay if you want some distance from the crowds at the resorts - but close enough to the resorts (Iberostar and Mayan Palace) to pay them a visit for the day. Would stay again in a heart beat.
