This charming rustic home is found in Playa Car Gate Community, one of the nicest, most exclusive areas in Playa Del Carmen. Near to all the shopping and beaches, but away enough to enjoy peaceful, and tranquil evenings.
The home is split into 2 separate parts. The part for rent is the upstairs. You won't even know there is someone below you. The home is very large around 130-140m2, or about 1400-1500 ft2. 2 bedrooms plus a den/reading area which could be set up as a bedroom if you wish. One bedroom has a king bed. Very spacious home for rent in Playacar, Playa Del Carmen. Playacar is a very exclusive, safe area in Playa del Carmen. Very close to all the main hotels and 5th avenue as well as the beach. You can even sleep at night as it's far enough away from all the noise on 5th avenue. 20 minute walk to the beach. 5-10 minutes on bike. BIKES included with home! You also can access the Reef Club, which is a hotel nearby with fitness center, pools, and beach access. http://thereefplayacar.com. Also the golf course in Playacar is just minutes away.

This place is a gem and a must go to! The location is awesome, very clean and a serious bargain. With tennis court and 2 pools (cleaned every day) full kitchen, fridge, 2 bikes and tennis rackets... 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a space that has 2 single beds or a queen size bed, so you can easily sleep 6 people. The managers came to pick us up at the airport and were the most friendly and helpfull guys that you wanna meet when you first land in unknown territory ( they even had a welcome basket with pineapple,mangos and a bottle of wine waiting for us ;)
Bottom line is that these guys ( Marc & Nico ) deserve two thumbs up!!! -

Great deal for the money. Large clean bedroom with large private bathroom.
This is not a touristy spa but rather living in an upscale security guarded residential community.
The host speaks English and Spanish, very friendly and helpful with local attractions and hows, wheres and whys of Mexican culture and community. I enjoyed the natural surrounding of the tropical flora and fauna and the "at home" lifestyle offered here.
