This Paradise Beach property is over 4800 square feet of interior space and consists of 2 townhomes. It can be rented as a 2, 3, or 5 bedroom . Total of 5 bedrooms with ensuite baths and 1 half bath, with one outdoor shower under the sun.
Each bedroom is set up suite-style so the bathrooms are completely private. The land the house is on is over 8,700 sq. feet making for a spacious garden and pool area with plenty of room.

The little ones especially loved the pool. Quick walk to the beach;
the 2-part house allowed for quiet for those who sometimes slept in. Beautifully and adequately furnished without redundancy..Maybe a bigger dining table for seating for all. private but with neighbors not far away.We were just learning the kitchen utensil system about the time we left; labels would help; knives weren't very sharp. Great to have the water dispenser and refill bottles. We were looking for Semi-adventure and had a rental car for only 2 days; we used the workers bus and taxi to get to Puerto Morelos for groceries.We took 3 side trips, 2 of which we arranged in the states.It was great to have the mechanical man stop by as he discovered trouble with the water system just in time; the housekeeper Check-in was also appreciated. The Check-in routine of finding the agency for the house key was a bit exasperating; directions to find the house were not adequate. It was a wonderful family Christmas.

We had a great time at Casa de Suenos...the house was very clean and comfortable with lots of room. We were able to check in early which allowed us to get a full day of comfort. The a/C in the smaller home was not as powerful as the larger house.The pool was great and the kids were in it all the time. It is a very short walk to the beach which is beautiful! We especially liked that it is gated so there is a lot of privacy! But you must have a car in order to be able to function (groceries, movies,dinners out ect). It would have been nice if there was some bus service available. Over all it was a great experience and would consider renting again with another family.

We are very pleased you enjoyed your week at Casa de Suenos and appreciate the opportunity to host your family! Thank you for your helpful suggestions. Stay tuned for an additional A/C unit in the living room of CDS I. That would complete the entire 5 bedroom house with 7 A/C units. (Currently 6 units in the 5 bedrooms and one living room).
Also of note, although there is not a convenient bus system and we do recommend a car, previous guests have been able to use public transportation (taxi cabs, transfer systems to and from airport plus stops at grocery store and Wal-Mart, for example). In addition, we can provide for grocery stocking service, in-house catering, and in-house massage/facial/body treatment services. We also have arrangements for a private charter to near by Maroma Beach Marina, voted # 1 beach by Travel Channel. There are all sorts of water sport activities, restaurant options and a piano bar at the Maroma Beach Marina.
We do hope you will consider another stay with us at beautiful Casa de Suenos, Playa Paraiso.

This place is gorgeous and so much fun! The perfect place to go for a well rounded vacation: lots of relaxing and plenty of adventure as well. Whether you are looking for an indulgent week with spas and fine dining, or you are looking for activities and cultural experiences, this place has lots of options.
The house is very comfortable, lots of room for people to gather inside and outside. The pool was a highlight every evening. The kitchen is large and clean. The neighborhood has a gate with a guard so we always felt safe.
We spent 3 days down on the beach just a 2 minute walk from the house. The sand is so soft you don't really need a towel, plus it doesn't get too hot, so you can walk barefoot. We walked to the Mayan Palace several times for drinks and dinner, it is gorgeous.
Among the adventures around the area: Tulum is exquisite and a must see (only 1 hour away.) On the way back we stopped at Oscar & Lalo's for an incredible 8 course yet reasonably priced seafood dinner. Snorkeled with sea turtles. Drove to Coba to see more Mayan Ruins. Took the ferry to Isla Mujeres to watch the sunet. All of this in 1 week and we still had time to relax on the beach!
Playa del Carmen offers fantastic outdoor dining options for a nice night out. We also became huge fans of some of the cheap but amazing taco stands on the sides of the highways. We cooked at home several nights as well.
This spot is gorgeous and romantic. It is warm but the sea provides a constant breeze. My sweetie proposed at Case de Sueños. I will never forget our week here, and hope to return soon. Thanks for hosting my favorite week!
