3 Bedroom Penthouse with over 3300 Sq.feet of Luxury living space spread out over 3 levels. Our Porto Playa condo is part of the Condo/Hotel which offers hotel service and 24 hour staff. We also have smaller condos.
We are located in the Heart of Playa and less than 100 steps from the sugar sand beaches of Playa. We are located in the Premier Zone on 1st ave. and only 1/2 block to the famous 5th ave. pedestrian mall which hosts a variety of dining, shopping and entertainment.
We have the best location with 24hour security, front desk, concierge, room service and daily maid services.

Playa del Carmen is a little piece of faux Mexicana on the Yucatan Peninsula, where Senor Frogs restaurant is the closest thing you'll find to indigenous culture, and splotchy-skinned white folks saunter up and down the beach past brown-skinned massage solicitors, many of whom themselves are imports from other regions.
However, Playa definitely has its charms, and among them was Colleen's triplex apartment at Porto Playa, sandwiched between the beach on one side and the kitschy, overwrought consumerism of Quinta avenida on the other. Lovely. The best unit in a great condo.
It's open, spacious and luxurious, with marble floors, ample outdoor areas and is surrounded by lush flora. It has Caribbean water views from our private roof deck with hot tub, shower, outdoor kitchen with grill and a palapa (a typical Mexican thatch-covered sitting area. A quiet swimming pool is a few steps away.
The front desk people and concierges were also very helpful.
Colleen was helpful and solicitous. If you've chosen Playa, this is a good place to be. -

This was our 3rd stay in Playa and by far the best place we have rented! From the beginning of the reservation process to the moment we checked out, everything was perfect. The condo far exceeded our expectaions. It is beautiful inside and out, perfectly appointed and stocked with everything we needed. There were 3 couples traveling together and there was more than enough room for everyone to be very comfortable. The master bedroom has a breathtaking view of the ocean. The rooftop kitchen, palapa, and jacuzzi are so wonderful to have. I would recommend waking up early and watching the sunrise over the ocean from up top! The location could not have been more perfect for us. Right in the middle of everything and a very short block to the beach. Also the proximity of the condo to the pool made it feel like it was our personal pool. The staff at Porto Playa could not have been more helpful and accomodating. They were all so incredibly friendly. Out of ice? We called down and they brought a few bags right up so there'd be no lapse in Margarita production! The owners supplied everything you could need in the kitchen for the days when we made meals in. Actually 2 of everything. We all agreed that it was such a wonderful experience all around that we must do it again next year!

This home was everything described by owner and more!
We were so pleased with the condo layout and decor when we arrived.
The owner spent time helping us with restaurants, shopping and airport transfers.
This condo was gorgeous and set in a beautiful building with a 2 level pool and lunch gardens. The lighting and gardens were so beautiful at night. We loved the location because we were a block to the beach and a steps to the 5th ave.

These people were the best. Made it so easy. Arranged transportation to and from airport. The condo was magnificent. What a penthouse. Beautiful decor, views of ocean, health club, pool, hot tub,center of town. Romantica ! Wow.Wow. Wow. You wont regret it. We are are going again !

I rented this unit for some family friends and their daughter. It was their first time visiting mexico and they were blown away by playa and this unit! I was staying separate from them with others but loved it so much i came over at the tail end of my trip and rented it for myself and extended my stay! Glad i did. These signature properties all have these amazing roof decks but this one was one of the best. It had a great view off to the right of the turquoise sea and another view down to pool. Great sitting area on the deck as well as comfy loungers, hot tub and private outdoor shower across from hot tub. Some units do not have the private shower but a more open concept.(its a nice touch) Full grill, a fridge you name it! You could come up from the pool and enter the slider on your lower level deck which was also a unique feature to this room. The inside is spotless and has great open living area and kitchen and even a washer and dryer hidden upstairs in the bathroom. Perfect place for multiple couples or couples with kids. My friends daughter Mikaela (9) had the time of her life and is already asking everyone to go back! She enjoyed the pool here as well, not to mention swimming with sea turtles and dolphins later in week. :) This unit is all the pictures show and more. The owner is fantastic and was a breeze to deal with, she really takes pride in her condo and it shows throughout. Porto playa is set away from the main action and noise but still literally just a few minutes walk to everything on 5th. No taxis needed! Walk to the beach, or shops and restaurants and then come back to your spectacular condo Oasis @ Porto and relax. Feel free to contact me with any questions, pictures, restaurant suggestions (we found some gems) or tour suggestions. Been to playa many times, stayed verious places & this unit I will certainly return to. Skip a regular hotel and try living in style at a condohotel, the value cant be beat! This condo was amazing inside and out! Location was perfect and staff was so helpful. Any issue was handled quickly because they have a 24 hour staff, front desk, concierge, and security. We had daily maid serice and bottled water delivered to our room. Loved the large pool and the beach club! This place was perfect because we were at the beach and steps to the famous 5th ave.

We were lucky enough to spend one week at Porto Playa for our honeymoon and despite a little rough weather, we loved every minute!
Check-in was easy and informative. Communication was seamless as everyone spoke excellent English. Service during our entire stay was on point, the staff is so accommodating and the concierge suggested some fun activities that we probably would not have even known about otherwise.
The penthouse condo is a beautiful, luxurious space yet it is also comfortable and inviting. While the property is situated one block from the beach the views make it feel like it is sitting right on the water! The rooftop deck is where I'd live if this were my home - I spent many hours throughout the week just lounging up there with a good book. The penthouse also has very easy access to the pool, and the pool is wonderful - calm, serene, and refreshing in that warm sun!
Now to be honest, the penthouse is such a wonderful place I would've been happy to never have to leave it. But since the condo is located just one block from the beach as well as only one block from the main strip in Playa we had to get out and explore every day. And the big plus is that you're always so close to home, you don't have to use a public restroom if you don't want to chance it (I'm not prissy but knowing I had the choice of 3 clean and gorgeous bathrooms made it a no-brainer for me). -

What an awesome family friendly place to stay for Spring Break! Everything was perfect, from the arrival to departure, we couldn't have asked for better service or attention to details. The gym, beach club, excursions and proximity to 5th avenue is unbeatable in Playa! Unit 221 had everything for our family to have a comfortable relaxing vacation with all of the amenities of our home. We like to travel with the option to dine at home or go out and this kitchen and roof top deck were hard to leave! We truly enjoyed the quietness of being in a home environment and the option to walk just steps to amazing restaurants and shopping! The pool was warm and inviting after a long day at the beach while only steps from the condo. It was very convenient to run back for forgotten lotions, goggles, or to simply refresh a drink! I can't wait to go back again and bring our extended family. It is the perfect setting for families, couples, or even a honeymoon stay for a week (or two) of fun in the sun!

Stayed at this luxurious condo with fantastic views just steps from the beach. Loved the location, no need for taxis or rental car -- walk to everything! Beach club was great too, free sunbeds, towels and amenities already there. Can't wait to go back!

The condo, 221, has an ambiance of casual comfort suited to the culture of Playa Del Carmen. The decor was modern and upscale without losing its welcoming, immediate sense of comfort. The marble throughout, the stainless steel in the kitchen, all contribute to the ambiance.The property is beautiful, the staff relaxed yet prompt, thorough and professional. It's location is perfect - a short walk to the beach and indigo club (great food, great service) and around the corner from 5th ave. You can get to everything, yet the condo itself is quiet. Our unit had exceptional privacy, being on the corner. The concierge service and gym were very upscale, providing turnkey service to clientele. It was such a relaxing trip I am already looking forward to going back.

This penthouse served as the location for one of the best vacations I have ever had. The condo and amenities are incredible. The rooftop provides the perfect location for a fiesta with the best views of the ocean- the only penthouse in Porto Playa where you can see a full view of the ocean! You can easily relax poolside or take the two minute walk to the fabulous beach club. The pool feels private and the service at the beach club is great! The condo is spacious yet still feels like home when you are so far away. Easily cook in the beautiful kitchen, or walk out the door to 5th avenue where you can find the best places to eat, shop, and drink! I plan on staying here each time I return to the beautiful Playa Del Carmen.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Porto Playa penthouse condo with three bedrooms. It was spectacular! Everything was beautifully decorated and new. The views were amazing. Sitting on the rooftop area (our favorite spot!) looking out over the gulf is a memory we will not soon forget. It was breathtaking and so relaxing. While the vibrant atmosphere of the town was extremely fun (lots of wonderful restaurants and bars!) it was so nice to return to the quiet environment of the condo. The pool is beautiful and peaceful. We would highly recommend staying here for both families and couples. You are so close to all of the fun, yet, you feel as if you are in a peaceful sanctuary when in the condo. The service was wonderful. Everyone was very helpful. This was a dream vacation!

My girlfriend and I just returned back from the best trip of our lives. Porto playa was located in the heart of playa del Carmen centered around the best nightlife. The condo is located 1/2 a block from the famous 5th avenue, a cobblestone pedestrian street closed off to all cars. The 5th avenue is filled with open-air restaurants, shopping, bars, and thousands of people from all over the world. The ambiance is energetic, trendy, and romantic. Porto playa also has access to their own private beach club, "indigo", providing free beach lounge chairs and beds on the beach so you can really get comfortable. The master bedroom in unit 221 is breathtaking, you can see the turquoise and deep blue ocean from the giant window in the bedroom. The inside decor or the unit is amazing, covered in marble. The kitchen is well-equipt and has a nice kitchen table to throw a dinner party or invite friends over for drinks and appetizers. The pool is increible and right off the deck of unit 221. The rooftop penthouse has a jacuzzi, grill top and the best view in town!! There is too much amazing things to say about Porto playa unit 221! All we can say is you need to go here now!! We already are planning our next trip !!!

This condo has it all!! Location, elegance, service, ocean views, warm breezes, Jacuzzi under the stars, excellent beach club and restaurant with all the amenities... yoga on the beach, full-service beach club with friendly staff.
Condo so spacious that it was as if I had my own private room, but still the fun and camaraderie of being with my friends! Beautifully furnished, plentiful living space and gorgeous baths. I was amazed as to how large, clean and beautiful this home was. It was located 1/2 blk from the beach and 1/2 blk from the main strip of restaurants and shopping. It was perfect... Playa Del Carmen was like being on a Greek island. Beautiful and relaxing.

This was our first visit to Playa and 110% satisfied with our decision to stay in this amazing penthouse. We chose this unit because it offered the best view, enough space for our family, and the location. The kitchen included everything that we desired and more! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Be sure to relax by the pool or sip your favorite drink on the awesome roof deck! The Beach Club was sophisticated, convenient, and very welcoming! We can't wait to back!
