Casa Maeva is the ONLY house in Playa del Carmen offering a totally PRIVATE BEACH CLUB right in front of the house. Located in Playacar Phase 1, the villa is ideally set in a quiet street , but only a 7 minute walk to the busy 5th avenue with its restaurants and shops.

This home is located in Playacar Phase 1, across a small quiet street from the most beautiful beach in Playacar. The beach there is very wide and sandy.
There is a palapa on the beach in front of the house with a wet bar, a shower , a BBQ grill and comfortable furniture to enjoy the beach. This private palapa is for the exclusive use of the villa's guests.
You can park right on the side of the villa or in front.

La casa es preciosa, muy cómoda y equipada con todo lo necesario para hacer la estadía más relajada. Y la respuesta ante el menor requerimiento fué inmediata.
Muy buena la blanquería y las toallas de playa.
La limpieza excelente, en el interior y en la pileta y jardinería.
Sólo puedo sugerir agregar unas sombrillas y sillas de playa.
En el mapa que muestran en la página está mal ubicada la propiedad, la muestra sobre Delfin de Bajamar, y está en arrecife Xaman Ha entre Foca de acantilado y Galo de Penacho

Perfect for a big group with or without kids. Spacious rooms, nice bathrooms, well kept, housekeeping and garden/pool tending is great. Location cannot be beat, with the town only 10 minutes walk away. Highlight is still to have a pool by the house, and a very nice beach with few people on it just across the street.
Very handy to have the washer and dryer available, and also the stacks of clean towels.
Also the beach club is the perfect place for all meals, hanging out in the shade or sun, morning, day, evening, through night. I could have stayed in the beach house the whole stay.
On the downside: Agency doesn´t accept Credit card, and (before arriving) it took up to a week to have questions answered.
Beds are way too hard for my taste, but you forget it as soon as you get out of bed in the morning and look out the window. Also, we had cold showers on several occasions, when 3 or all 4 showers were running at the same time. Not really a big issue either, just do a little planning.
They were very helpful in arranging with a great mariachi band to come play. We got the transfers and a chef service ourselves, as we like to communicate directly with the suppliers.
Can´t wait to go back there.
Oh, we didn´t use the roof (with the yacuzzi, dining table and sun beds) at all.
