Villa Estefania is a private, residential vacation rental home located in Playacar Fase 2, Playa del Carmen only a few minutes walk from beach and town with private pool and garden. This 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa sleeps up to 12 people.

Three of the bedrooms have king sized beds. The fourth bedroom has two queen-sized beds, perfect for children or simply "friends" who are traveling together. A full sized sofa bed in the reading area provides for extra sleeping. All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, and there is a full sized bath for the extras. Each bath contains a 6' bath/shower and large lavatories. One of the master suite...s has a traditional Mexican brick dome ceiling, intriguing for any guest to marvel at its unique craftsmanship.

Mexican tile is used throughout the house. The mahogany stairway with a wrought iron hand railing leads to the upstairs lobby. The wooden roof top deck gives you a great overview of the area. The home is fully air conditioned with remote controlled regulators.

The large kitchen is suited for any gourmet cook. It is outfitted with granite countertops and all amenities including a 5 burner gas stove and dishwasher. The mahogany cupboards are stocked with 12 place settings and a wide selection of cook ware. The formal dining table seats eight with an additional outdoor table seating six. The kitchen island is over-looking the covered patio and private swimming pool with a deeper section for total submersion and a shallow section ideal for children. The “palapa” behind the pool provides shade during the hottest afternoon hours.

Maid service every other day is included with your rental. No maid service on Sundays and public holidays. Additional maid service is available upon request for an additional fee.

As well included with your rental are drinking water, sheets & towels, beach towels and basic supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, tissues & soap.

Located in the gated community of Playacar Phase 2 Villa Estefania is only a few minutes walk from beach and town with its famous La Quinta Avenida where all the shopping and restaurants are found.

  Our stay here was amazing. The management was excellent. They were very helpful with setting up and getting info on what ever we wanted to do. The house was well maintained and all staff was very freindly. A great place to stay and only a short walk to town or to the beach.

  Lovely home

  The management was outstanding, professional and responsive. We stayed at another rental for the first part of our trip and moved into Estefania for the last 10 days in Playa del Carmen. The difference was almost night and day. This home was spotless. Generously furnished with beach towels, bath towels and wash cloths and paper towels and toilet paper.
  The location is perfect for a short stroll to town or the beach.
  Estefania is adjacent to the bird sanctuary which initially was a concern. Thanks to the gardener, there was never a problem with bird droppings and the sounds from the sanctuary were relaxing. The young maid was lovely.
  You will be pleased with this rental. I hope the negative review I am posting on the other rental remains online for the benefit of others.

  Are stay was Incredible ! The staff was so helpful and kind ! From pick up to drop off ! The house is so close to everything that you could ever want or need ! If you want to stay at the house or take the short walk to the beach you can have shade or sun all day long ! I would highly Recommend this house to everybody

  The villa exceeded our expectations - it is a great place to stay. Very spacious accommodation with a superbly equipped kitchen. Claudia and Daniel are a pleasure to deal with and we were impressed with the quality of service. The private gardens and swimming pool area are immaculate - I only wish I could have taken the gardening team home with me! The villa could not be better located - the area was very quiet, but only 5 minutes walk to 5th or the beach. I would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

  Casa Estefania was the perfect vacation rental for us. With 4 large rooms with attached baths and comfortable beds, a large living/kitchen area and a beautiful porch, pool, cabana, and an awesome rooftop deck, the 8 of us who stayed there were truly spoiled! The free filtered water, excellent maid service, airport pickup/dropoff and VIP passes to the nearby Reef Playacar resorts were excellent touches. Thanks a bunch to Claudia and Gaby for all their help from the time we made the initial inquiry about the property till the time we had to leave! Claudia also assisted us with making a booking for a full-day private tour to Chichen Itza + Cenote Ik Kil which we thoroughly enjoyed! Both of them were extremely professional throughout the process. I highly recommend VacationPlaya for your next holiday rental booking in Playa del Carmen!
