Cette villa est super bien conçue pour recevoir des groupes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le service de transport aller-retour pour l'aéroport et tout était comme convenu. Les lits étaient confortable et la maison était bien entretenue. Il ne manquait de rien dans la maison. Super bien située, 8 min. à pied de la plage et environ 10 min de la 5 eme avenue. Un petit bémol, il n'y avait pas de chaises pour apporter à la plage et un cooler à roulettes aurait été bien apprécié. C'était un beau séjour de 2 semaines!

We went to Cancun to design/decorate for a wedding in Soliman Bay but we brought our entire family with us on this trip. We found this villa and Vacation Playa (the rental agents) and the owners of the villa made the whole process super easy. I loved everything about this villa ... the pool was great, the proximity to downtown was great, the rooms were awesome, the air conditioning was needed (I thought the climate would be similar to Puerto Vallarta, where we live, but was shocked to find it was a lot warmer ;). The kitchen was a dream come true, the washer/dryer was great to have right there - I also love the way they do the key/lock entry system. We were a family of 12 people and all felt comfortable and at ease - could spread out and then come together in the kitchen or the palapa. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about our stay or the villa.
The only thing I would have done differently is I would have ordered and asked for some groceries to be delivered because, by the time we got from the airport, rented a car and got to the villa, it was too late to go grocery shopping and the only places open were street tacos. It would have been nice to have some food already there, at least for breakfast. That's not the villa or rental agents fault - that's just me not thinking about it and is my recommendation to anyone else thinking of staying anywhere in Playa del Carmen if your flight gets in later than 6 p.m.
