This delightful 3 bedroom villa has been furnished with care, and the attention to detail has created a special ambiance. The furnishings are first class and although the house is modern it has a distinct Mexican flair created by the wall colours and the artwork.
The uniqueness of this property is its location. It is one of 16 houses sitting separately from each other. Our special villa is located 3 blocks from the beach, it is less than a 10 minute stroll past the luxury homes of Playamar and through the short cut of the ruins. We back onto the Bird sanctuary and are on the edge of the jungle, giving us wonderful displays of birds and wild life. Although we are only a 10 minute walk beautiful walk into town we are far enough to enjoy very peaceful nights.

On our arrival the home looked so welcoming, very clean, with fresh flowers out. The back view looks out onto a small jungle with interesting wild life and lots of birds. That is a fun place to sit sipping a cool drink having a snack while enjoying the antics of the various animals.
The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated in a Mexican motif.
The home is in a lovely location, well maintained gardens around and very helpful staff whenever needed. It's within a 10 minute walk to the beach (fabulous soft sand and warm ocean), a wonderful interesting shopping area and lots of excellent restaurants. We had a really wonderful vacation.
