This family friendly complex consists of 10 townhouses, most of them with some ocean view. Approximately 200 meters from the beach and the center of Playa El Agua whith cafes, supermarket, restaurants, car-rent, travel agents and more. Just 150 meters from the most popular beach at the island, Playa El Agua. High standard and fully equipped townhouses, balcony and terrace, large swimming pool and BBQ facilities. Cable-TV and free WiFi connection to internet on the whole area. 24 hours security, electric gate and protected parking.

We spent 10 weeks on the island in this condo and will definetely return again! The condo was spacious and well equiped for all of our needs for our extended stay. The grounds were immaculate and the tropical plants were well maintained and beautiful. The pool was cleaned daily and the common area was clean and comfortable. The staff was personable and friendly and helped to make our stay on the island an excellent experience. They went over and above by helping to arrange and advise tourism trips. We always felt safe with the 24 hour security. Restaurants, beach and a grocery store were all close by and made our stay extremely enjoyable. We look forward to returning to this tropical destination and will definetely rent this facility again.

We spend one month and had a great time with kids (4 and 5 year old boys) grandmother, Aunts and husband. Very convinient grocery store 2 blocks away with a good variety of food, also great short walk to the beach. We visited during low season and got a great rate and the place did not have a lot of people.
