Flamingo has all paved roads and great access to all major roads. It is about an hour from Liberia International Airport (LIR). Central to all major Gold Coast beach destinations and surf breaks, Flamingo is a classier hideaway known for its upscale homes, uncrowded pristine white sand beach and breathtaking sunset views. It's not overdeveloped like Tamarindo has become, and the howler monkeys still cruise the tree trails that cross our property. For surfers there is a powerful left point break that works great when the swell gets big. There are a good number of quality bars and restaurants within walking distance and on neighboring beaches Potrero and Brasilito. Good groceries and gifts can also be obtained there too. Tamarindo is an easy, fully paved, 25 min. drive if you want to join the hustle and bustle, party down, or go souvenir shopping. We prefer the private peace and tranquility of our gated community with howler monkeys in their natural habitat.

My husband and I loved our 2 months in Costa Rica and staying at Maison Blanche made it extra special. The condo itself is luxurious and well-maintained, very secure, boasts a fantastic pool, is close to all amenities, and is within walking distance to the beaches. The owner, Ann, as well as the property manager, Amaya, were amazing, always so friendly and anxious to be of assistance. We would recommend this condo without reservation.
