Excellent stay at Casa Palmita Royal! My wife and I along with our two kids ( 3 and 7 years old) lounged for a week here. House looks good in the pictures and even better in person. Kids totally enjoyed pool. Not close to beach but location is great. Beach, restaurants, adventure and market are within minutes by car. We would definitely return.

This house was the perfect fit for two couples. It was immaculate and well managed by Special Places of Guanacaste. We loved the private backyard/pool and close proximity to all of our needs. (store, marina, restaurants, etc). We plan to be back next year, this time with kids.

An amazing place to stay . We had a hard time leaving this paradise and have already made plans to return again . The Palmita Royal was better then expected and we made it our home in no time . The neighbourhood was welcoming and safe . We were close to everything we needed , but to truly experience more of Costa Rica a car is needed . When we booked this trip we had expectations but thanks to the recommendations from the Special Places reps. it exceded our expectations . If you are thinking of renting the Casa Palmita Royal , we highly recommend it .

We spent two weeks here and it was wonderful! Perfect romantic getaway for two couples. Lovely pool with an 8' tall concrete privacy fence - perfect for getting rid of tan lines! While there it is a MUST to eat at El Castillo Gourmet Eatery. THe place is amazing.

Staying at Casa Palmita Royal was simply a joy. The house is designed for comfort and beauty, kitchen is easy to use, pool a lovely experience after snorkeling in the Pacific. The house is near some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The Ticos living in Brasilito were very kind giving us directions and help when needed. Restaurants served wonderfully fresh food. The whole experience was very positive.
