Enjoy the sound of crashing surf and Howler monkeys as you relax inside this upscale, brand new condo. The Palms has twenty four hour guards, gated privacy and two pools with a creek connecting them. Do not waste time looking at other condos as this is one of the best in Guanacaste. The owners have furnished and decorated the condo with top of the line luxury furnishings.

Seven of us (3 generations) spent most of a week at Las Palmas in November, 3 of us in this condo and 4 in a second condo. This location is perfect for the kind of beach vacation we wanted. The property is directly on the beach and has a beautiful pool area. The condos were fairly new and well-maintained. There is no restaurant on the property itself and it is a bit of a distance to the closest restaurants. We had a rental car which was very useful. The management was helpful in arranging a couple of activities (surfing and a sunset/snorkeling boat tour). We would highly recommend this location for families, couples, groups of friends.

We had the pleasure of staying at The Palms condo # 6 for a few days as part of our 2 week family vacation to Costa Rica. The Palms has to be seen to be believed. The condo and resort are even better than as shown in the pictures. It truly is an oasis of tranquility and luxury directly on Flamingo Beach. Great value and two thumbs up from this family!

If you are looking for a beachfront property, this is the one! They have the best location in Playa Flamingo and the staff is absolutly amazing. Go on one of the many excursions, play on the beach or just hang out at the pool. You will enjoy every minute!
The exterior of the condo is absolutly stunning and the interior is very well furnished. However, the master bed is less than adequate for a property in this price range. I travel for a living and find better beds in $125.00 hotel rooms. With this being said, we had a wonderful time and will certainly return to The Plams.
