We stayed here for a week last year. I seriously cannot say enough nice things about this property. It's clean, private, and has everything you could need. The groundskeeper who lives on-site is super helpful and also makes you feel quite safe. The house was very well appointed. Speakers that hook to i-Pods to play music throughout the house and the pool area. It's also a super quick walk to the beach. You will definitely need a car, but there are plenty of grocery stores and markets within a fairly close drive. I would stay here again without hesitation. Amazing stay.

We stayed at Villa Las Palmas... it was perfect! We were two families and had a total of 4 kids. We could have easily invited another couple. The house set up was fantastic! The kids would wake up every morning and go swimming while we had our coffee. The view was amazing... No stress! The house service was also great!!!. I have been to CR many times and I have to say... really liked the house, price and location. We were only 10 min from Playa Conchal and 20 min from Tamarindo... And 28/30 min from "Lolas" in avellanes!
The beach was perfect for all including kids... all sand... perfect for the feet! Only 100 steps to the beach... Easy!

The house is lovely but it is the view that is spectacular especially in the evening. We had the service where the chef shops and cooks dinner in the house. That was great would definitely recommend. The beach is beautiful and the water is the perfect temp. It is basically a private beach.
