Be close to the all of Palm Desert's shopping areas, including El Paseo, and the some of the country's best golf courses. The Villa Mesquite is a luxurious, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome with all the amenities of home. Our townhouse offers guests access to a community swimming pool and patio area for family gatherings or a fun weekend with friends. We also encourage long-term renters who want to escape chilly winter weather and bask in the sunlight of the California Desert!

Our Mesquite Court townhouse is in the heart of Palm Desert, only a 5-minute drive south of the El Paseo shopping area (which has been deemed the "Rodeo Drive of the Desert"!). Beautiful golf courses in Palm Desert and La Quinta are also within short driving distance of the townhouse.
