We stayed here for the entire month of Dec/12. The pics do not do this villa justice. Being up the hill ,it was quiet and the warm breezes and infinity pool definitely kept us comfortable in the 32-34 degree celsuis weather. Spectacular ocean view and only a 10-15 minute walk to Playa Hermosa. When we had enough beach life we could escape to our private villa in the hills. No car really needed as grocery store, restaurants and beach just a short walk away. The interior is tastefully decorated,has very comfortable beds and the kitchen is set up for gourmet cooking. The villa is immaculate and cleaned once a week. We didn't need the a/C,as the tinted,screened windows allowed breezes to flow through the the villa. My favorite place was the infinity pool at the doorstep.Second was the chaise lounge. Pool was cleaned every other day,garbage/recycling pickup every day. The management company was available at a moments notice and arranged a car for our visit at a very good discount. We were sorry to go. Loved the am/pm parrot flyby. There are other interesting beaches to explore but you need a car fir getting around outside of Playa Hermosa.

El único detalle que sería bueno para toda la gente que los visitamos es: MÁS LUZ EN la Entradita DE LaS villas ya QUE POR la Noche la Calle no SE VE Y Menos la Cuestita QUE Baja Hacia Ellas! Es MUY Peligroso! pero todo lo demás es una maravilla de lugar... De hecho ya es la tercera vacación en años consecutivos que vamos! -

We stayed at Hermosa Heights for a month during the summer and loved it! It's a great location, though a rental car is definitely recommended. The service from Milagro was outstanding. They were prompt and courteous with their service. I would definitely rent a property from them again! The house we had was beautiful with a fantastic ocean view.

We decided to stay for 9 days for the nearby beaches and booked this rental through Milagro. Laura was extremely helpful and accomodating. She arranged our rental car at adobe and a rep met us at the airport. Once we got the car, we met Laura promptly when agreed and she showed us the house. It was lovely, tastefully decorated and airy with gorgeous views of the ocean and although its not a huge house, it was roomy enough us and the kids to spread out and was all we really needed since we were always out visiting the sights. The beds are comfortable, there are separate aC units with remotes in each room so we could each control the temp in our rooms which was great. The pool and patio outside was an added plus. The house is close to beaches...Hermosa, Panama, Coco (great for souvenir shopping and restaurants-both touristy and authentic), although I wouldn't consider the beaches to be within walking distance, especially with kids. We drove about 5 min to the closest beaches. After a few days, we discovered the community pool just down the hill from the house and because we visited during the low season, we pretty much had it all to ourselves. My kids who are 13, 11 and 8 were able to walk down there whenever they wanted to enjoy the larger pool with slides. They even had a wet bar where the kids could swim up and order snacks and drinks. Hermosa Heights has a guard shack so we felt secure but it is hilly and the driveway leading down to the house is on a steep incline, but that is typical in Costa Rica. Activities are close o the house..the nearby town of artola (about 15 minutes drive) has horseback riding and zip line tours. The supermarket is practically next door to Hermosa Hights so that was very convenient. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to be close to everything but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. It offers everything for both children and adults. Great vacation, perfect location, I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful trip to playa hermosa. Even spent one day just lounging at our private pool. The home had everything we needed for a perfect trip. We often went to father rooster for dinner, or to playa coco, and loved all the great snorkeling beaches close by. Laura was our contact at milagro rentals and I can't begin to tell you how wonderful she was. She helped us with car rental and tours. Our favorite tour was at hacienda guapelin. Truly a special vacation in a very special place.
