The service we received from Milagro was top notch.
We enjoyed the beauty of the home both inside and out. Everything
we needed was available and the infinity pool was fantastic.
We appreciated the security guard and gate for our peace of mind.
The location was great- we liked the closeness of restaurants and
beaches and the grocery at Coco.
What we liked the least was the faulty a/C. We didn't use the upstairs
much - could not keep it cool. Just turned off the a/C entirely.
Also the hot tub was out of commission while we were there.

We have dealt with Pamela from Milagro Management on previous visits and always have had a great experience. We contacted her a month before our big family vacation and really wanted to let her know that we needed a special place for our family. This was the first time all of the family had been together for vacation in a long time. Kids are all grown and its hard to get everyone's schedule to jive! Pamela hit it out of the park. The video we watched before hand was awesome but it truly did not do this beautiful home justice. Every single thing about this home above Playa Hermosa was first class. I really don't know where to start about describing this home. Just believe me when I tell you if you have a group of people who want the most luxurious vacation rental with a million dollar view of Playa Hermosa, this is the place. From the gourmet kitchen to the negative edge pool to the morning monkeys, it was incredible. Pamela and her staff had two rental cars delivered right to the house for us and was available 24/7 for any concerns.

Our group of 10 stayed here over christmas 2011. It was amazing. The pictures do not do the house justice. There were lots of restaurants and beaches close by. We will be back.

We had every amenity we could ask for including the monkeys in the morning and the security we had made us feel extremely comfortable. I would go back in a second if I could. The pool was wonderful and the peace and quiet was even better while we enjoyed our time away. I would recommend however sharing this hideaway with friends as there are some good times to be had.

The minute we walked into the house, we were amazed by how spacious and beautiful the interior was. That was quickly surpassed by the views from the patio down to the pool and out to the Pacific. Milagro mgmt was incredibly helpful with all the connections to tour guides, diving, and even a wonderful cook who came to the house two nights and made delicious traditional Costa Rican meals. The kitchen is fully stocked, so we cooked all the other nights. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. My only complaint was that the hot tub is on a schedule that doesn't get hot until about 9pm, but everything else was exactly as promised and more. We loved The Palms.

I traveled with family and friends. We all had a great time. The house is absolutely wonderful. Perfectly set up for a large group. Everyone had their own personal space. The pool and views were stunning. We had everything we needed and wanted. When we return to Costa Rica, we hope to be able to stay at The Palms again. It truly made our Costa Rica experience the best.

We were a party of six. All of us agree on the following (not an easy task the agreement part) The Palms is one of the most beautiful, clean, inviting, sublime homes for anyone to enjoy. The spectacular views, 1st rate kitchen which makes you want to cook or barbeque fresh fish etc. (trust me on that). To enhance this wonderful spacious home and all of its amenities there is the Milagro Management team. Pamela is helpful, quick to please and cares that you have the best time staying in this beautiful country. I recommend The Palms as a top 5 star romantic private piece of heaven to all.

The pictures don't do it justice. This is so fantastic. The views are incredible of the ocean and volcanoes. You feel as if you are at the top of the world. At night, you see all the lights below and the stars are sooo bright. The house provides everything you need with great local art work.
The pool is large and we had monkeys come in the morning to eat the seeds off the trees.
The beach is very sandy and calm, only 5 minutes away. Too hot to stay there more than 2 hours. Great for running on the beach in the morning.
Local restaurants had great food and entertainment.
The concierge and tour company were very accommodating.
