We just returned from Costa Rica having spent my birthday and New Year. We were three families with many children, and what a wonderful location and vacation. The house is exactly what it looks like, and the pictures don't do justice for the surrounding area. The house is located in a small community with probably nine adjacent houses on the beach. The beach is beautiful, scattered with drift wood and palm trees and stretches for many miles on each side. Behind you are the beautiful green mountains of the Costa Rican rainforest. Between the pool and warm ocean you could spend your entire vacation near home without venturing out. There's so much to do with surfing, deep sea fishing, ziplining, horse riding, rafting etc you'd be best to extend your horizons to experience what is on offer. Michelle and her team were great to work with and very helpful.
