Spectacular!!! Great service. Milagro made the whole trip very easy regarding getting to and from the airport and providing an excellent rental car.
Spectacular house with a three-story living room with great views of the ocean. Easy access to the beach. Great swimming pool and terrific amenities.
Internet is very strong and functional.
Would highly recommend this facility and others with Milagro.

The house was immaculate with comfortable furniture. A welcome package was perfect to greet us when we arrived late with snacks and water. Ever phone was answered and attended to immediately. Perfectly located with breathtaking views. Quiet yet only a few minutes drive to anything

Milagro did an excellent job with attention to detail before, during, and even after our stay. Laura, Pam, and Jennifer made sure everything was absolutely perfect for us.
The home is immaculate!! The views are spectacular in every room of the home. Always keep your camera nearby!!The villa is very comfortable and spacious for small and large families. Each bedroom is a master suite, which are uniquely decorated and designed. You will have all the ammenities of home and then some. The villa is located in a perfect area, only being a few minutes from cocoa beach and hermosa beach.
I absolutely loved everything about Costa Rica and the property!! The citizens, the food, the weather, etc., etc., etc.
I can not wait to get back there.

We stayed at Casa Pasmosa last april. This was our third time back to Playa Hermosa and by far the best accommodation. This spectacular custom home has the most amazing ocean view from every room. The bedrooms are in 3 seperate locations of the house and therefore give you a lot of privacy. We felt right at home and wish we had had more time to enjoy this beautiful home. We watched the monkeys in the trees right from the patio. Everything is easily accessible from this gated community. Just minutes to Shoppes and restaurants. If you are looking for the perfect place to spend your vacation stay ay Casa Pasmosa.

We stayed at Casa Pasmosa and from the moment we stepped in to the house we felt right at home. Everything went without a hitch and we did not have to think - just enjoy! The open living area is great with an awesome view and plenty of room for everybody. the outside pool area was perfect for sunbathing and Bbq's or sunset drinks. The house is inside a gated community but is close to the beach. We went to Playa Hermosa for dinner and also to Playas del Coco. Both are within minutes of the house.
