It is directly on the ocean with a very private pool with jacuzzi and sun deck on the ocean's edge featuring magnificent sunsets.

Imagine you are in your pool with friends or family, enjoying a good piña colada, watching the fabulous sunset over the... Pacific Ocean ... You'll also enjoy maximum comfort in your home with charm, while observing, iguanas, squirrels, monkeys, birds etc ... Here nature is everywhere!

Adventure trips range from easy to strong. We will offer lots of activities to do from home such as: surfing (the famous spot of Playa Negra - but also many other secret spot!), Diving, fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, national parks, zipline, ATV excursions, etc. .. but also at home massages, yoga, horseback riding on the beautiful deserted beaches or simply relax.

Villa Oceanis is a new home that offers every modern comfort for 4 adults and 2 children, 2 bedrooms (one with queen size bed and one with a full size bed plus a bunk bed) each bedroom has its own bathroom and A/C. a living room with flat screen TV, large sofa. dining / kitchen with all the home appliances you need for your stay, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dryer. The covered terrace overlooks the pool and has a table, Gas BBQ and a daybed - great for napping! the tropical garden overlooking the ocean with direct access, with hammock and chairs.

We also have wireless internet throughout the house, into the pool!

This charming house is located in a small village by the sea, 4 minutes from the famous surf spot of Playa Negra and 30 min. the seaside town of Tamarindo.

We also provide you with our staff, manager (speaking English, French and Spanish), housekeeper, gardener, driver with bus and cook.

  Very good reception of French managers, Fabrice and Patie who have offered multiple activities (such as canopy, visit a volcano, surfing, etc ...) and who can be both attentive and discreet. ...

  Lunches and dinners offered by French chefs.
