Close your eyes and imagine yourself laying in a hammock with the sound of waves breaking and a gentle breeze whispering through the palms! Welcome to Casa MarAzul, this luxury home is situated on Playa Las Lajas, at low tide the beach is 150 to 200 yards wide and another 50 yards to be waist deep in the ocean, excellent for swimming, even for children.

This home features tile floors through out , 21/2 baths, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, satellite TV, DVD, ereaders, internet, wi-fi, safe, iron/ironing board, hair dryer/curling iron, we even a toll free phone number so that the folks back home can stay in touch.

    Our home is located in a new development, it is about 3.5 k from the main road, so there is very little traffic. We right on the beach, it is a long gently sloping beach, which is very safe.

    BECAUSE OF ABUSE OF THE AIR CONDITIONING, WE HAVE REDUCED OUR RATES AND INSTITUDED A POWER CONSUMPTION POLICY.

    ALL BOOKINGS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY A $200.00 PER WEEK DEPOSIT TO COVER POWER CONSUMPTION. THE METER WILL BE READ UPON ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE, GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED TWENTY CENTS PER KILOWATT USED. ANY EXCESS USE ABOVE THE DEPOSIT WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD THIS HAS BECOME NECCESARY WE EXPECT GUESTS TO DO A LITE CLEANING BEFORE CHECKOUT, PLEASE LEAVE OUR HOME AS TIDY AS YOUR OWN.

    A SURCHARGE OF $250.00 WILL BE CHARGED FOR SMOKING IN THE HOUSE.

    IF OUR HOME IS LEFT IN A DIRTY CONDITION, A PORTION OF THE DEPOSIT WILL BE RETAINED TO COVER CLEANING EXPENSE.

      Laid back & spacious

      Left on 04/24/2012 for a stay in July 2011

      It is big shallow beach great for kids to play in.
      It is certainly private, if you want to socialize. bring more people.
      It is a isolated spot. But the yard & view are just like you dream of.
      You will never be cold in Panama anytime of year that you go.
      The house is very spacious, thou the kitchen was not that well appointed considering the level of quality in the rest of the house.
      You can do things but you have to prepare yourself to driving for 45-60 minutes each way daily.
