Check in time is 1:00 PM check out at 2:00 PM . You may occupy up to the maximum occupancy listed above, which is the available beds in the condominium. The condominium comes with the appliances and amenities as listed . Rates may change without previous notice.
The rate includes the following services: access to the beach, access to all property swimming pool and sun chairs, gym, tennis, the use of the resident's beach Club and restaurant. Fresh linens and towels upon arrival and welcome kit. Housekeeping service is available at extra charge.

The following rate does not include any of the services, meals or activities at The Beloved hotel and is not part of the amenities include offered or advertise in the rental. The all inclusive Beloved hotel which is independent from the Residences does not allow residents to use any of their amenities.
