Ventana del Mar is truly your “Window to the Sea”. Located in a quiet gated oceanfront community, this home is situated on a beach point with expansive ocean views and pristine beaches. The famous Playa Negra surf break is a short walk down the beach making it an ideal surfing destination.

You are greeted by a private courtyard with tropical landscaping and an outdoor shower. The porch leads to a newly completed swimming pool complete with outdoor furniture, deck, wetbar, bathroom and gas BBQ -- perfect for soaking up the sun and entertaining. On the main level of the house there are breathtaking ocean views from the kitchen, livin...g room, master bedroom and spacious deck. The living room has custom made wood and glass sliding doors that open out to the spacious deck where you have a large dining table and patio furniture. The house maintains a contemporary feel throughout, with vaulted hardwood ceilings, granite countertops, stainless steel fixtures and an open bedroom loft upstairs. It is equipped with a full kitchen, telephone, wireless internet, Satellite TV/DVD, washer/dryer, and A/C in both bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, private bath, and a private balcony with ocean views, while the guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and a separate bath. The upstairs loft also has a queen bed and sitting area with ceiling fan and floor fan to accommodate additional guests.

The house is ideally located: close to restaurants, bars and activities in and around the town of Negra de los Pargos, yet secluded at the end of the road. Bike tours, horseback riding, surf lessons, and zip line canopy tours are just some of the activities available nearby.
