A place you can come to rest and rejuvenate your soul, all surrendered by an exhuberant tropical setting. Relax in its large infinity pool and sweeping 180 degrees ocean view. The pool is surrounded by a gorgeous mirador, plus a large covered terrace where you will admire the stunning views. The upper terrace provides another place to relax and enjoy the ocean view while you listen to soft music, enjoy a cocktail drink or read a book.

The property is 7.700 mts2 (2 acres) and it has a 700 mts2 (7.534 ft2) main house. It offers 4 king bed Bedrooms and 3 Bedrooms with 2 Queen beds in each room. Every bedroom has A/C, en suite bathroom, safebox and private balcony with ocean and pool views. It is the perfect retreat for family reunions, couples vacation, corporate meetings, celebrations, weedings, or a vacation with a group of friends. Villa Preciosa has a sleeping capacity of 24 people.

Our all inclusive plan provides 3 meals per day, snacks and open bar for an extra charge. The house has a chef, a housekeeper and a bartender who come every morning before breakfast. All meals will be served outdoors in the covered terrace. In advance to your trip to Costa Rica we will review the proposed menu with you in order to customize our client´s preferences, including special dietary needs. Meals will be served at the time of your choosing

1.- Rates shows are base on the minimum to rent the Villa which is the equivalent to 10 people.
2.-Any additional people $158 adult/night, Children under 4 free and children from 5 to 12 $110 all plus 13% tax.
3.- For Christmas and New Year Eve there is a minimum of 14 people to rent the Villa.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Carlos (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
