Nestled into the top of the hillside of Vista Del Pacifico lies 'Villa Durazno' - 12000 sq ft of pure luxury and tranquillity, comprising 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, including 5 master suites.There are commanding panoramic views across beautiful Panama Bay with a back drop of the Papagayo peninsula - home of the Four Seasons Hotel. As you look down over the infinity pool you are surrounded by lush vegetation whilst gazing over the canopies of magnificent trees; you are embraced by nature with a calmness and peace rarely found or experienced in these times. There are monkeys swinging and playing in the tree-tops below, and magnificent bird li...fe fill the trees with their vibrant color and song.

Villa Durazno is an electrically gated property comprising of a beautifully constructed 2 floor villa with infinity pool, sun terrace and a property manager's house in the grounds.

The property is uniquely elegant and stylishly decorated with carefully chosen antiques, furniture and art. There are 6 beautifully finished bedrooms, including 5 large suites, most with balconies and stunning views. The owner’s suite has its own private garden and sun bathing terrace. There are 8 amazing bathrooms, an American-style professional Chef`s kitchen with a huge fridge/freezer with ice-making machine, two dish washers, two sinks and a center-island with breakfast bar. There is a laundry room adjacent to the kitchen.

On the lower floor, there is a cinema, entertainment and games room with a bar, wine cellar and gymnasium. The property enjoys satellite TV, fast wi-fi, independent air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout.

Outside there is an aquarium style infinity pool with adjoining hot tub and Jacuzzi surrounded by a gorgeous private sun terrace, with a large dining table and seating area. There is also a circular palm and wooden Rancho house, an outside kitchen and BBQ area with a further table, leather rocking chairs, cloakroom and outside shower. This outside area and pool is positioned to mesmerize you with the breathtaking vista down over the tree tops and out across the crystal blue seas of Panama Bay.

From the entrance courtyard and drive there is a large double garage with two electric remotely controlled doors which give internal access to the Villa.

Villa Durazno is situated in Vista Del Pacifico, Playa Panama and is approximately 20 minutes from LIBERIA Airport (LIR).
There are local and American-style supermarkets a short drive away.
The nearest major town of Coco is 20 minutes away offering shops, larger supermarkets, bars, restaurants, spas, beach clubs and further amenities.
The capital of the area, Liberia, is approximately 30 minutes away.

  We - a party of 8 - stayed at this beautiful villa for a week in September 2012 and were amazed by the experience. We were looking for somewhere for a group of friends just to catch up and switch off from the outside world, and Villa Durazno fitted the bill perfectly. We were able to relax in the elegant luxury of what is a huge property as soon as we got there - a short journey from the airport - and the longer we stayed the more relaxed we became! The terrace and pool are the perfect setting to catch some sun, watch the local birdlife and see the spectacular sunsets out across the bay.
  
  The bedrooms are more like studio apartments and the lounge, dining and kitchen areas were perfect for some extended meals and 'social' occasions!
  
  We did venture out on a few occasions though...and the local area has some very good restaurants and the local hotels and Coco offer a friendly bar scene for our crowd.
  We have already booked to go back to the same place at the same time next year and cannot recommend it highly enough if you are looking for a beautiful get away venue .

  A wonderful house,.The pool and grounds are the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outstanding views. The service provided is excellent. We would highly recommend the villa.
