BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS: All five bedrooms are extra spacious. The featured master has a king si...ze “memory foam” mattress and dual side tables and lamps. It also features a full-length dresser with mirror. The bathroom has an over-sized corner tub with an adjacent glass block shower stall. The double sink vanity has an 7 foot mirror and provides all the space you need to get ready for any occasion. All bedrooms (masters and guests) are outfitted with fine linens and fabrics.
· Three of the other bedrooms have 1 king and 2 queen “pillow top” mattresses.
· The last bedroom has 3 singles. All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms with three of the five having double sink vanities. All in all, there will be no fighting for bathroom space in this villa.
· The main floor bedroom is convenient for individuals who have difficulty with stairs. This large bedroom has same level access to the villa and outside areas.
KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS: The fully furnished main kitchen features 18 feet of usable counter space for the gourmet cook as well as a six-burner gas cook top stove with full oven. It also features an espresso machine; Cuisinart and Kitchen-aid mix master, sandwich grill, rice cooker, toaster, blenders and many more kitchen aids. A full assortment of dishes and accessories make every dish easy to create. This home has a second kitchen that allows for fast and easy meal preparation. Maid Service is daily except Sunday.

The pool is 24 x 13 feet with a depth of 5 feet throughout. It offers stairs and a ladder on either end. A Pergola provides shade as well as seating for your family functions and outdoor dining with its two large patio sets.
BEACH: Only 150 yards from the villa is the finest beach in the Riviera Maya. Our guests have the use of a private BEACHFRONT Palapa. Besides swimming and snorkeling offshore at your beach, you can stroll along the beach barefoot for hours. My wife and I have vacationed on the Yucatan, especially in the Riviera Maya since the early eighties. In 2004 we came across the Casa azul . The Casa is being operated by two of the most charming Canadians south of the 49th parallel Senior Jack and Signora Kelly.
We have rented the home now on five or six occasions. We have traveled with family, family and friends, as well as just as a couple.
The Casa is situated a short drive north of the beautiful village of Playa Del Carmen and only a slightly longer drive North to the boisterous and vibrant town of Cancun.
The beach and ocean at the location of the Casa on Play Paraiso, a part of the Maroma beach chain is simply the most beautiful we have experienced in the Carribean. The sand is incredibly cool irregardless of the 90 degree weather. And the ocean as blue as any we have found from Toronto, to aruba in the Netherlands antilles.
Activities in the area are endless from cultural to classical, tropically romantic to just plain tropical. The casa itself is in a small private compound of estates, wedged between two of the Mayan Riviera's finest hotels, the Iberostar Paraiso Lindo and the Mayan Palace. The compound has its own guarded and gated entrance providing the assurance of complete privacy.
Amenities at the Casa include the beautiful in ground pool just outside the front door with a marvelously private, tropical, mature landscape yard.
Interior appointments are warm inviting and intimate, very tastefully completed by Kelly. From the view of the sea on your private third floor verandah, to a swim in the cool clear water of the local Cenotes this area and the Casa azul are not to be missed.
We continue to travel to the Casa, and we in fact also own a condo in Naples Florida. No we are not related to Jack or Kelly, although when we get the bill I occasionally wish we were. Satellite televisions are excellent, but a 54" led screen would make those hockey games in January really pop!
We were thrilled when we first walked onto this rental property and we stayed thrilled through to the end of our stay. We liked it so much that we travelled back there the next year. The house was spotless, the caretakers were friendly and they went out of their way to help us out. The pool was definately our favorite feature, we loved the fact that it was all our own. The beach is just a hop, skip and a jump away and the nearest city is about a 15 minute car ride, which is close enough for dinner and shopping but far enough away to be quiet at night. The house is gorgeous and the a/c came in handy for sleeping. We rented a car and traveled to Mayan ruins during the day and relaxed poolside at night. We really couldn't have been happier with the place!
We have been to this vacation rental numerous times with nothing but the best outcome. Very clean, very relaxing atmosphere, don't have to reserve loungers by the pool or feel crowded in the pool. Tastefully furnished with great a/C. Hospitable owners that are very helpful and accommodating. Obviously, we were pleased or we wouldn't be repeat customers. Even brought extended family to stay. :-)
House is gorgeous. Lands are beautifully landscaped.
Beach is wonderful. Manager provides excellent service 24/7.
I found this to be what they advertised, no unpleasant surprises only good ones.
