Casa Royal is a huge home right on the beach of Playa Potrero. You step out of the garden and you are on the beach. The open floor plan is set up, so that you have three bedrooms and the living kitchen area in the second floor. This gives you the perfect location to watch the ocean all day with unobstructed views. The first floor has only the garage, a big game room and one bedroom with access to the garden.
