This three-level, Mexican Riviera style estate is located just a short drive from the beach, restaurants and shops of Playa Samara, while you will enjoy peace and tranquility at your private retreat.

The property has gorgeous ocean and valley views, and ev...en the swimming pool has its own waterfall. The home has approximately 4000 square feet of total entertainment and living area with approximately 2000 square feet of air conditioned interior space, and can sleep up to nine people. The gourmet kitchen, bathrooms and all of the furnishings are high-quality and will provide you with a level of comfort rarely found in Costa Rica.

Within the 2.5 acre property, there are two streams and over ten waterfalls with natural whirlpools and bathing areas beneath the falls. The property has gorgeous ocean and valley views. You will see nothing but rainforest all around, yet you are only eight to ten minutes from the heart of the beach and downtown Samara.

When the river is running, you hear the waterfalls all the way in to the house all day long. The monkeys and toucans and other wildlife come right up to the house. The walk-way to the river is amazingly beautiful, and sleeping on the top deck is an unforgettable experience. The home's architecture is stunning, charming and comfortable all at once. This is truly an amazing place.

The home has approximately 4000 square feet of total entertainment and living area with approximately 2000 square feet of air conditioned interior space, and can sleep up to nine people. The gourmet kitchen, bathrooms and all of the furnishings are high-quality and will provide you with a level of comfort rarely found in Costa Rica.

The master suite has gorgeous views, a custom bathroom with a large, tiled tub and a pool table on the outdoor deck. The two downstairs rooms share a large, custom bathroom, and can accommodate an additional six people as one room has a king-size bed and the other has two twins with pull-out trundle beds. The home is open and airy with a lovely floor plan. Enjoy the spectacular sunset views from the bar, grill and picnic area on the rooftop deck.

An incredible advantage of this property is that we also own the Tree House Inn on the beach in Samara (www.samaratreehouse.com- photos included here). This is the ONLY rental home in Samara which also provides you access to a beach front hotel's community areas. Guests staying at the house may use the Treehouse hotel's pool, shower, bathroom, chairs, and bar area. The C&C; surf shop nearby rents surfboards and kayaks, and offers lessons as well. All of this is a short drive down the hill from the Treehouse Estate.

The property is situated on a secluded, private spot, yet it is just a short drive to the heart of Playa Samara where you can enjoy the beach, shops and restaurants. There is plenty of parking on the property, and adventurous souls can choose to explore the pathway down to the stream and waterfalls, and even follow the stream down to the ocean!!

  I have traveled from Hawaii to asia to central america ;and by far this was our favorite house. The pictures don't do it justice. It was so much better then the pics and the view was worth every cent . Our kids were kept busy with the pool table and playing in the waterfalls. The property was a perfect combo of nature and accommodations . In fact we never left the property, not even to go to the beach. The house was supplied with everything you are used to if you come from the us. Great appliances, pots, pans, and linens (which is usually hard to find in central america) I really couldn't find much to improve upon ;other then the upstairs bed had some pealing on the leather. This for sure would never be a deal braker; and I would give my full recommendation to anyone who is thinking of taking the vacation of a lifetime. You won't be disappointed. We have to best memories and photos to prove it. Thank your for your rental .This trip will never be forgotten.

  Perfect Panoramic Paradise Home

  We stayed at the Tree House Estate for 9 days during our honeymoon in Playa Samara. It felt very private and exotic. We really got a glimpse of what life would be like if we were locals! The house is beautiful and very well maintained. It is very large and spacious with two lovely tiled bathrooms. We really enjoyed having a full kitchen to cook our own food or bring home food and eat at the dinning room. It was also really convenient to have a washer/dryer as we had a lot of adventures! The surrounding land is beautiful with a private pool and waterfall. There is also a "secret" pathway down to a stream with multiple waterfalls that was fun to explore. We stayed a few nights down by the beach, but really felt relaxed while staying up at the Estate. The aC kept it very cool and ensured deep nights sleeping. There are beautiful views of the ocean and Playa Samara from each of the 3 floors, and it only takes about 7 minutes to drive down to the beach/town.
