2 Fully furnished and equipped Apartments on the beach in Playas, Ecuador. One downstairs with no ocean view and one upstairs with ocean views and BBQ deck.

Just one and half hours drive from Guayaquil on the Rota del Sol and known for having the best weather in EC. This busy little town has a beautiful beach, great for running or just sunbathing, a lot of great local restaurants serving great seafood and empanadas.

The condo is located on the southern end of the Malecon (Promenade) across the street from the main beach. It is a 10 minutes walk along the beach to the town of Playas with restaurants and bars, 2 little gyms and local shopping. The condo is within a secure area that is only accessible for residents. The best way to get around if you dont want to walk are the local "moto taxis" that will give you a ride almost anywhere in town and home for around 50 cents. Travel from Guayaquil Airport can be arranged at a cost of $50 for the one and half hours drive to Playas, the bus is $3 if you like adventure, or rental cars are available at the airport also.
If you need accomodation in Guayaquil after arriving late we have a contact for a reasonable B & B close to the airport.

A great beach rental, directly across the street from the ocean, if you are looking for a home, instead of a hotel room. Plenty of room, felt very safe. Great breeze off the ocean. There is a small kitchen for cooking so you need not go out for all your meals. Plenty of inexpensive transportation (Tuk-Tuk's)traveling by in front of rental. New mall being built right down the street. I was first renter of this apartment, so it will only improve as more upgrades are made. No ocean view from the downstairs apartment.
