This condo is located in the club side section of Pacifico and boasts a beautiful ocean view easily enjoyed through the sliding glass doors to the enclosed balcony. Each room is tastefully decorated. The large living/dining area is open to the modern kitchen. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare and serve meals. Very nice unit. We were disappointed with the covered balcony. Our guest felt that the bed in the guest room was very uncomfortable. We were there for 1 month so the kitchen was not equipped properly for that amount of time. The staff from Milagro were incredible with the response of any questions or issues we had. We felt the unit needed a bit of upgrading as far as paint, the area rug needs to be cleaned, the furniture should be cleaned. It would not be suitable for people with disabilities as there are 40 steps to go up and down. We felt it was exercise, so good that way

The condo was very nice and spacious. Milagro pick up from the airport was great.
The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained.
However, the advertising is somewhat deceiving as it mentions that there is a balcony but does not state that the balcony is totally enclosed with glass.
There is also a shortage of cooking utensils. (eg. only one frying pan)
The advertising also did not indicate that the condo was up a hill from where the pools were which would be difficult for anyone who had walking problems.

In February 2011 we ventured to Playa del Coco, Costa Rica. We rented a condo in Pacifico. We were kindly greeted by the staff of Milagro Management. They were very helpful.
The condo we rented was immaculate and contained every amenity one could possibly want. The pools & beach club were always a joy to visit and the food was divine.
In sum, our experience with Milagro and C505 was one of our best vacations. We'll be back! Thank you! -

The place is spotless! Clean! Brand new! The gated community is safe and the grounds are very well maintained.
The pools are awesome and the beach-club is even better.
Indoor parking, wifi, cable tv, washer and dryer. Everything is there that you could possibly need. I give this place a 5 star rating.
