Fantastic condominium, roomy and beautifully furnished. Great balcony with spectacular views of the water, town and surrounding mountains. Great spot to relax with a glass of wine and simply take in the new.
Very nice pool, spa and workout center located on the condo premises or private beach club pool also available. Concierge service available to help set up activities.
The town of Playas del Coco is a very nice, safe town with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Excellent dining at very reasonable prices. Good beachside cafes for breakfast or lunch. Plenty of outdoor activities available in or near the town. We highly recommend the snorkeling/sunset cruise.
Location is close to major airport in Liberia and also serves as a good spot to take day trips to rainforest , Arenal volcano or other inland activities.
This was our first trip to Costa Rica and we thoroughly enjoyed it. -

My family and I stayed for a week. We had the best time. The apartment is beautifull. It looks just like the pictures. It is very well equiped. It was celan and the beds were super confortable. The view is spectacular.
The clubs are very nice and the pools were great for my kids.
I highly recommend it. I havent been able to find another place like it.

We had a wonderful time exploring the western coast of Costa Rica. The rental is in an ideal spot for any one to enjoy what this beautiful country has to offer. Most anything you choose to do is located within a short car/cab ride. The rental itself is beautiful and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding beaches and volcanos. We will return as soon as we have the opportunity!

We stayed in this fabulous unit with friends in January and could hardly tear ourselves away from the perfect penthouse view, unit and offerings of this intimate, elegant resort property. One of the owners is a retired hotel executive and has brought her world-wide experience and top-of-the-line standards to this very comfortable and beautiful new condo.
Each of the three guest rooms enjoys their own terrace to the breathtaking view that is magical both day and night! The jetted tub is big enough for two, as is the luxurious sofa. But we also really appreciated every consideration for our daily comfort, including the washer/dryer for all of those beach towels when we came in. The large and gracious dining set on the terrace allowed us to linger under the full moon after grilling seafood right off the boat. And if we didn't feel like cooking, the Pices restaurant on the property provided wonderful food in a gorgeous setting under the palms.
Playas del Coco is the only place in Guanacaste where you can enjoy the charm of an authentic Costa Rican fishing village with the addition of an american style grocery and computer/cell phone store. And just 5 minutes from this condo Ocatal Beach is a quiet piece of heaven where I had an unforgettable massage under a Tamarind tree and then walked a few steps to the resort beach club for a quick shower and float in the infinity pool overlooking the ocean.
This amazing place is even better than advertised so save yourself the trouble of looking further and choose this condo for one of the most beautiful and relaxing vacations you will ever take! -

When we went to Costa Rica this July, I had always wanted to see a rainforest. That's where we were, inside an arid rainforest with lush green plants and daily mists. The town itself has a village charm and some great places to eat. Cute little shops run along the street that leads to the beach. There are many places to drive to explore like hanging bridges, volcanoes and go horseback riding, zip lining and more. It is a place for great adventure if you like that or just a place to relax by the beautiful pool and tennis courts at Cocoa Estates. Being on one of the highest units, our view was amazing from the condo patio. And for a short drive down you are at the Cocoa Bay Beach Clubhouse and another beach area to snorkel or rent a boat. It was quite a memorable trip.

Costa Rica has so much to offer and this beautiful condo provides such a wonderful home base from which to visit. We were so delighted with the luxurious finishings of thencondo and the views are spectacular across to the bay both day and night.
The resort has fabulous amenities both on site and the Beach Club right on the beach. You really don't need to go anywhere else if you choose not to. But we so enjoyed the variety the country had to offer in such a short distance. Volcanos, rainforest, zip lining and white water rafting adventure tours, boat trips and endless beautiful beaches.
Don't hesitate to book this location, you'll have the holiday of a lifetime! -

Costa Rica is a fabulous destination vacation and this luxurious condo exceeded our expectations as a place to stay. It is in a great location and made our vacation everything it could have been. Great views, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We loved the facilities too: tennis, pools, beach club, restaurants and activities were all superb. My family highly recommend this resort to anyone.
