Blue Marlin # 5 playa de coco, costa rica. Fully furnished two bedroom, 2 bath condo in private setting with pool. 5min walk to the beach and 5min drive to downtown playa del coco. This property is unique! You get the private location that's close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and night life. This condo has a lot to offer, many daily essentials are in the cabinets ready to use. This is one of our favorite vacation rentals.

Response from the owner the tenant was explained prior, that this is a double bed and two teenagers in it would not be advisable, He should had booked a three bedroom, but probably did not want to spend the extra money. After all this he asked our property mgr for a third bed. The condo is advertised for two beds. Yes it is high season in dec and gets quite busy, however there has never been any complaints of noise. Iam sorry his stay was not 100% enjoyable, but you cant make a 2 bedroom into three bedrooms, and also except it to be quiet any where during New Years.

How do damage deposits work?

If Glenn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
