Left on 04/09/2012 for a stay in April 2012
My pregnant wife and in-laws booked our vacation 6-months in advanced, but unfortunately, everything about this villa was a let down. The property is run-down and very dirty. Moreover, at present, we've been without electricity, A/C or a means to cook for a full day. The Property Manager and Concierge have been completely unwilling and/or unable to find alternative accommodations and/or tell us when the power will be restored. They are rude and refuse to deal with us directly -- we have been told that they need to speak to our travel agent back in the U.S. before they can help. Avoid this property, and for that matter, any properties managed by Pierres Caraibes. You will likely find better service at a Holiday Inn.
