Save BIG on Lodging by Combining Families & Have More Fun! This historic, rustic, comfortable ski lodge sleeps up to 18 (3 doubles and 12 singles) on main level in 4 BRs, up to 8 more upstairs in 2 dorm-style bunk rooms (1 double and 6 singles) of the former ski camp.

There's no limit to the adventures you can experience right out the doorstep. Bike or go biking, Ski or go skiing, Boar...d or go snowboarding, Ride or go riding, Skate or go skating; escape, relax and enjoy! With the woods and trails right outside and the safety and privacy of our 16-acre location, you'll never leave all weekend long!

Enjoy the former Frontenac/Wendy's Slope ski hill http://www.nelsap.org/nh/wendys.html#we on 16 quiet, wooded, peaceful and secluded acres on the edge of town in Plymouth, NH. We are centrally located between the Scenic Lakes Region and the Spectacular White Mountains. Frontenac Lodge is just minutes from Squam Lake (aka Golden Pond) 20-30 minutes from Tanger Outlet shopping in Tilton, Waterville Valley http://www.waterville.com and Loon Mountain resorts http://www.loonmtn.com.

We have a huge living room with a superb, classic wood log fireplace, 14ft. tree-slab bar, brand new 55" HDTV UPGRADE, movies, stereo and piano. The newer, fully-equipped cook's kitchen has commercial appliances to serve very large appetites. For group dining, our tables can seat over 20 at a time. We also have a 50-ft. long, screened-in porch overlooking the former ski hill, yard, trails and play areas.

The lodge can be rented by the weekend ($1,193 + $107 tax = $1,300) or full week ($2,750 + $248 tax = $2998) -- *holidays will be somewhat more. Bed linens and towels are now included in all rentals, no longer an extra service charge. A damage and cleaning deposit of $600 is also required. Cleanup and property assessment after departure will determine how much of your deposit will be returned to you. The more you clean, the more you get back. A cleaning task and fee schedule will be provided so you can see how much you will be charged for not cleaning fully. We will hold your requested dates when you send the $600 deposit. Let us know what days and nights you desire, we will try to be flexible! There is ample parking for many vehicles. This place is great for large gatherings or extended families with lots of children, as there are many kid-friendly spaces and activities. Bring your outdoor toys, big boys - - we have room to zoom!

Additional Location Information

The old Frontenac Ski Hill is visible to the south from Main Street in Plymouth, NH. Just 1/2 mile past the Rite-Aid on US Rte. 3 south, Greer Road is the first unpaved road going up the hill to the right. From I-93 exit 24, we are 4-1/2 miles north on US Rte. 3, just after the Crystal Spring turn-out.

  We had the best time at the best place for large groups! There is plenty of room for everyone . The kitchen is great to cook in and the dinning area is perfect for large groups for eating. The living room is relaxing with the huge fireplace and the never ending supply of wood!! The outside is just amazing with the old ski trails that the kids and adults can sled , ski,snow board or ski mobile right outside your door!! the kids are busy for hours and the so are the adults. There is shopping near by and resturants too. we all cant wait to get back there this year!

  Nostalgia!

  If you remember sledding all day, coming inside only for meals and wishing your mother would let you sled in the dark...this is the place for you! The Frontenac Ski Lodge is the perfect get-away for groups of people, of all ages. A large kitchen wtih equally large appliances allows the Iron Chefs in the crowd space to perform. The fireplace and great room are cozy and comfortable. The sleeping spaces are plentiful...and of course, the sledding & bonfire can go on all night in the backyard.

  What a cool, down to earth place to stay! I have been there multiple times and it is the perfect getaway! We stayed with family and the whole atmosphere was so "New England!" Michael, the owner, is great and accomodating and we hit the slopes and came back to a nice dinner and warm fire!
