The property is nestled near the point of Wings Neck and is surrounded by over 2 acres of land. It is located on Buzzard's Bay and has its own beach. Rental includes access to the Wings Neck Association marina, sailing school, tennis courts, and 2 additional beaches all within easy walking distance. Wings Neck is conveniently located approximately one hour from Boston and Providence, a short ride to Falmouth and Woods Hole, where you can catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard, and 30 minutes to Hyannis, where you can catch the ferry to Nantucket. Or you can rent your own boat at the Fiddler's Cove Marina just 10 minutes away.

From the moment you walk in the front door to views of the sparking ocean before you, you know this is going to be a holiday to remember. The views really are spectacular and the kitchen/diningroom perfectly set up for an extended family and general entertaining. The deck is a great place to enjoy the Cape Cod sun -- with a wonderful breeze given its elevated position relative to the ocean. The large lawn leading down to the ocean gives a feeling of space and there is direct, private access to the water -- but it is rather rocky so stable footing and careful entry required! The house was in very good condition when we arrived and easy to maintain throughout our stay. The owner came over to welcome us and was freely available should any problems arise. We had 3 generations of family members during our stay (7 in total) and the house never felt crowded. The extra sittingroom downstairs with 2 bedrooms is great for older children and the first floor bedroom useful for elderly parents to whom stairs may be a problem. Wings Neck is a lovely setting and the tennis courts within walking distance of the house much used by the younger generation. There are good restaurants nearby and a tremendous Market Basket only 20 minutes away -- where you can order cooked lobster and freshly made sushi! We were thrilled with the house and our vacation there. A small niggle -- we couldn't find any lobster crackers with which to break claws open. But somehow we managed!

House, location, and view are really beautiful. Owner very helpful and accommodating, and rental process was easy Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that I don't love having to drive to a sandy beach and jocky for parking. However, the house itself was lovely.

House was beautiful. Grounds and views stunning. The association beach however was a disappointment but great beaches about 10 miles away.
