The house has all you could want for a rental in any season: outdoor top of the line five-person hot tub that views game lands, pool table and dry sauna in basement, floor to ceiling fireplace in center of home, newly built sun room that has many uses, new central air conditioning, great kitchen for cooking with double sinks, two car attached garage, large deck with BBQ, adirondack chairs and picnic table, office loft with wifi internet.

A perfect place, me and my friends were looking out in Poconos for the weekend. It has got everything one looks for while renting a house. It was very clean with all the amenities working great. The outdoor hot tub in the backyard was great. The fireplace in the living room was equally good and kept the house really warm. The kitchen was fully loaded with all the things one needs for cooking,a great facility for families staying for a longer period. For water lovers the house had its own canoe and kayak. The outdoor patio with a barbecue grill is the perfect spot to party.
After a long tiring day when you come back to the house it has a special room with pool table and dart board. Also if you like to relax it has a Sauna room of its own.
To end I would say its a great house for anybody like me who is looking for a hundred facilities under one roof. Its really hard to find such houses quite often. Would surely visit this place in the winters.
The landlord of this house is a great guy and is always available for help, may it be any problems or concerns in the house or if you are having a hard time finding a good restaurant, he is always ready to help.
For me it was a Five Star experience.
