Property for exclusive use

Beautiful independent villa, 550 sq. m., made up of a main house and an annex 30 metres away, holding up to 12 people with 6 double bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The property has a swimming pool and private outdoor space, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and is the perfect solution for groups of friends or large families looking for a trip together while maintaining independence and privacy.

Outdoor areas and swimming pool

The villa has a large garden with a lovely lawn and stone walls, hedges and flowering bushes. On one side of the lawn you will find the swimming pool, with a curious shape and hydromassage area, with a depth of 0.5-1.4 metres. Elegant wood flooring surrounds the pool and you will also find sunbeds and an outdoor shower. On the opposite side there is an arbour with a table and chairs for outdoor breakfasts and a small construction with a wood oven and stone barbecue perfect for making pizza. Every side of the garden has a wonderful view of the surrounding vineyards and olive groves. There are parking spaces in the property.

Interior

Villa Belvedere has been carefully restored not long ago, mixing the traditional aspects of a Tuscan country house with new materials and light colours. The bathrooms, all different from each other, are original and practical. The main house is on two floors. On the ground floor you will find a living room with fireplace, the modern, fully equipped kitchen, the dining room with a large table for 12 people, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower (suitable for disabled persons), a small bathroom.

A staircase leads to the first floor, where you will immediately notice the wood flooring, with two double bedrooms each with bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with two beds with bathroom with shower, a bedroom with bathroom with shower which is also accessible from the ancient outdoor staircase.

The annex has an interesting structure and is spacious and bright, with large windows without curtains which make it feel like a large indoor garden. The ground floor has a living room with fireplace and the dining room. Five steps down take you to the equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The first floor is a loft above the living room which has a large double bed in the middle, while on the other side of a partition, there is a bathroom with a bathtub with hydromassage and underwater lighting. The windows are typical of an ancient barn and let light enter, but you can’t face them and they can’t be seen from outside. This is ideal for those who like being woken by sunlight.

Location

This splendid villa is on a hill in Chianti and is part of a large farm which produces excellent, well-known wines. All around are olive groves and vineyards which creating a beautiful view. The villa is isolated from the main part of the farm and is perfect for admiring the surrounding panorama.

The villa has Wi-Fi, central heating, air conditioning, baby bed, high chair, complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms, parking in the property.

The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen as well as swimming towels (all changed weekly), water, electricity, gas, heating and air conditioning, tourist tax, final cleaning, cleaning halfway through your stay (for 2 week reservations), Wi-Fi, welcome basket with fruit and two bottles of wine, a tasting in the farm’s wine cellars, baby bed and high chair. You may also request the following services, upon booking and to be paid for at the villa: a cook for breakfast and dinner, babysitter, extra linen changes and daily cleaning.

The pool is available from April 1st-October 30th. Pets are allowed at the fee of 100 Euros per pet. You arrive at the house via 1.5 km of gravel road in good condition.
