A comfortable villa in the hills of Sabina with a beautiful view.
The house is on three levels. Ground floor living room with fireplace, large kitchen oven / fridge / freezer / washing machine and dishwasher, wc. Second floor 2 bed rooms (with 2 beds each) and a bathroom with shower and bath, the third bedroom is 30 square meters (1 matrimonial bed + two single beds) with a bathroom with shower.
