3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Villa comfortably furnished and equipped to accomodate 7 people. Within the large back yard is a 28' x 14' Solar heated pool and patio furniture beneath the pool screen enclosure. There is also a 30' x 10' covered patio area that provides shade for those people who like some shade from the Florida sun. Outside the pool screened area is a paved patio and BBQ area. The accomodation consists of a master bedroom with King size bed, en-suite shower room. washbasin, toilet. 2nd bedroom has a Queen sized bed, 3rd bedroom has twin beds. We stayed for 2 wks in oct fantastic villa with everything you need. After a long day at the theme parks it was lovely to come back and relax at such a peacefull location.all local amenities only 5 minute drive and about 40 minute to disney.will definately be coming back to this villa next time we holiday in florda it was excellent.

We have stayed here before and will keep coming back as often as we can.
Superb accommodation, close enough but just far enough away from the Disney attractions to make it a tranquil and excellent place to stay.
Golf courses, shops/supermarkets, food outlets and nature centres etc all within a 10 minute drive. As much shopping as you will ever need within 30 minutes. Something for everyone.
Unlike the 'barrack' style location of other holiday rental villas, this home is set in a village location and has real, permanent neighbours who are very pleasant and helpful.
The upkeep and maintenance of the home is obviously a priority of the owner as it looks and feels like a show home all the time.
Superbly kitted out.
Perfect for Disney holidays, perfect for relaxing holidays, perfect for any type of holiday or stay. In fact, just perfect. -

This bungalow has everything you could ever need. It is spacious, clean, well equipped and has a wonderful, covered outdoor pool. It's a lovely, pleasant 30 minutes (approx) drive from all the main Orlando attractions and is very close to supermarkets and local amenities. After a long, tiring day out at the theme park it is wonderful to come home to this bungalow and have a dip in the pool. Alternatively it's a lovely place to spend a quiet day or two to recover one's energy in between shopping and sightseeing. I would recommend it wholeheartedly.

Since staying here in 2008 we have returned every May since and will be returning again this May(2012). The accomodation is extremely clean and well equiped and is situated in a quiet neighborhood within approx 10 mins of supermarkets, pharmacy, takeaways etc. It is within easy reach of all the attractions,shopping malls and designer outlets. I can't wait to be back sitting by the pool which is where all our time at home is spent and after five visists it feels like home. Can't imagine staying anywhere else in Orlando and can highly recommend it.

We have stayed in this bungalow several times both for family holidays visiting the theme parks and also for golfing holidays with friends. The bungalow is very well situated for both as there are 2 Championship golf courses within 2 miles. It's ideal to be able to come "Home" from a tiring day and relax with all the facilities available to you in this lovely bungalow as well as the local amenities including restaurants, take aways and supermarkets etc. Will definately be back later this year to play for what has now become our annual golf trophy.

Have stayed in this villa on more than one occasion and we keep coming back because we love it! It's so well equipped it truly has everything you need for a great vacation. After a long day in the theme parks it's so nice to come 'home' to relax in comfort or cool down in the pool. Set in a friendly, peaceful neighbourhood and close enough to supermarkets and attractions when you need them. Can't recommend this villa highly enough and looking forward to our next visit.
